I backed a project on Kickstarter 3 years ago, and the item has never been shipped and seemingly never been made. Updates have been sparse with little to no information, and it feels like a complete scam. They have violated Kickstarter's terms of service because they have not delivered their product.

Love this ball for my high energy dog! It stopped turning on which seemed like a battery issue and customer service was quick to respond and warranty it for me and get a new one shipped out. Great product and service

Great customer service. I ordered the wicked ball se and asked for an exchange for the wicked egg. They kindly helped me exchange the items without any hassles.

I received my wicked ball PE 2 days ago. It is not just a beautifully designed toy but it looks and feels durable too. I bought it for my 3-year-old baby girl corgi. I knew she would love it to bits.
However, because I chose the wrong size, the ball is too big for my corgi's mouth. I contacted Cheerble in hope that I would be able to return it and exchange for a smaller size. To my surprise, Cheerble offered me a small one for free. I am a super happy so here is my review.

Both cats love it, one of them especially. He spends a lot of time playing with it even when it is switched off, waiting for it to come on, and then chasing after it. Great buy, highly recommend, friendly and helpful customer service.

Great little ball, meant for cats (and they did love it) but my 9 month old is absolutely obsessed with it, keeps him busy for ages, absolutely worth the money and has survived the beating he gives it too! He absolutely squeals with delight when it gets away from him!

Elaine was so kind and helpful (and a fast response!!) I had troubles with my wicked ball (nothing to do with the product or service it was just a bit of a charging error that was completely avoidable to say the least, haha.) No questions asked just a few photos to see what happened. I fully support this brand and will continue to! I will also let my homies know how sweet they are. 😎😎

Love their products and their customer service is great!! My dog didn’t like one of the toys and they did everything possible to make sure we were happy and taken care of!

This product has seriously improved daily life for me and my dachshund. I love that she has something interactive to play with and she gets so excited every time I pull out the Wicked Ball.

Cheerble's customer services was extremely prompt and personable when I had an issue. This company is worth supporting.

Next to the fact that my dog really loves the Cheerble ball (he cannot stop playing with it), the service received was great. I had a technical problem with one product and after replying very swiftly to my chat/emails they solved the problem very quickly (at no costs) and made sure my dog can enjoy his favourite toy again.

Decent little thing. Not great for tough chewers. It can take a beating though, surviving multiple drops.

First one I bought didn't work at all. The one I've got now used to work for ages, but now it shows a green light saying it's fully charged, but lasts less than a minute, probably not even 20 seconds. Its runtime seems to get shorter after each use/charge.

I have a nine month old toy poodle. As soon as I brought him home I bought a couple of these balls. This has proven to be a very wise decision. He will sit with one of his favourite toys with one eye on the ball. As soon as it rolls past him he is like a bullet out of a gun to retrieve it. Keeps him exercised for most of the day.

Just want to give a shout out to the support team (especially Elaine) who were very kind and professional when I made a mistake with my order. Great company to deal with.

I was very pleased at the response when I had a problem. I'd bought two of the boardgame scratchers, both with a Cheerble ball M1, and neither ball would charge properly. I contacted Cheeble and within a few days my replacement Wicked Balls had arrived. They must have checked the balls to be sure they work, as I only charged them about 5 minutes before I was signaled they are ready to play with.

J’ai plusieurs produits cheerble et j’en suis absolument ravie! Je les adores. Mes chats en sont fous, ils adore la wricked mouse et la cheerble ball, elles leurs font faire beaucoup d’exercice. La fontaine est très pratique et facile d’entretien. Ce sont des produits que j’ai depuis plusieurs années. En cas de problème, Elaine au sav est très réactive, agréable et de bon conseil! Vous pouvez acheter les yeux fermés !

My fountain arrived without the artificial stone and I do not see the built in stainless steel filter. I am waiting to see if I can get help through their email contact. The phone number provided goes to a message in a Chinese language which I don’t speak.

As promised stone and filtered did come after my complaint above. Now I find that it leaks all over the place just as others have reported. Its useless though it looks like a nice design

I received a defective item but Elaine with customer service made it right. Highly recommend, the other products in the order were high quality and function perfectly.

Ordered a cheerble ice cream ball for my cat
It didn't work so the custumer service who were very nice sent me a knew one
It works fine, unfortunately my cat is not interested

Our Cheerble ball was marked as delivered, but it did not arrive at our apartment. Within 24 hours of reaching out to customer support, they found the cause of the issue, and immediately went to work rectifying the situation. They are trying to locate my original package, and have even sent a new one in the mail just incase. Can't wait for it to arrive!

The entire experience had been positive from start to finish. The product I purchased arrived quickly. When I had to reach out to customer service for reasons outside of their control (local delivery service), the response was also rapid (within the hour) and most helpful.

The product itself, the Cheerble interactive mini ball, looks and works exactly as described.

I'm now considering buying the cat litter scoop as well.

Totally recommend.

Slow delivery, but everything got here after about month.

As soon as the ball started moving our cat went crazy for it.

Was a bit skeptical, but the ball is great!
