The first ball I got wasn’t strong enough to run on carpet, so I emailed asking for return instructions and they sent me an upgrade with a stronger motor at no extra cost. All animals are different so don’t expect yours to take to it right away, but the customer service was great!

What a great toy. My little miss Vicky just loves it. She kept herself busy for hours. Without this toy, poor little Vicky would've been devastated as we had to put down our old dog Buddy. His heart and liver were giving out . This cheerble ball has kept Vicky from getting depressed,and it's helped me from getting overly depressed just by watching Vicky have fun with the ball.

Hele fijne ervaring met de support afdeling, omdat het pakketje op een ander pick up point was afgeleverd ( adres gewijzigd door pakket bezorgdienst) werd het teruggestuurd, na mail contact met support (die super snel reageerde) hebben ze het nog een keer opgestuurd, dit keer kwam het weer verkeerd aan alleen had ik het nu beter in de gate. Kwaliteit is super van de cheerble en de hond vind hem geweldig.

I wasn’t entirely sure how good the Wicked Egg would be, got an offer so felt I would risk it. As vids looked great.

I was surprised how invested in it my Border Collie, Bess, was, she loves it.
I have to watch her as she’s a strong chewer, but it feels a solid item and it does what it’s meant to do, I’m very pleased.
I think my only point would be it seems to thrown lots of treats out at once, when it was on the mid-difficulty and then not often enough on hard, but I’ve not read the instructions properly to see if there’s a way to alter the rate, but Bess isn’t complaining!!

I have had one of the Cheerble balls for years now and my cat loves it! The interactive feature is perfect for keeping her entertained and stimulated. Think you Cheerble for an amazing product!

Cats absolutely loved both the ball and wicked mouse. Had a minor issue with the mouse but Elaine and the rest of the team got it resolved super quickly. 10/10 product and customer service.

Wicked ball is awesome! My dog brings the ball to me very often so that I can turn it on for him. Funny thing is that he likes to keep the ball in his mouth while it's bouncing 😊 He really enjoys the toy. Great to see how he observes the ball while it's in 'resting mode' and touches it with his paw to activate it again

I recently bought a snail and a mouse toy from Cheerble for my cat, Mr. Miyagi, and he absolutely loves them! The toys are of excellent quality, keeping him entertained for hours. I provided some feedback on the snail toy, and the Cheerble team was very receptive, offering a Cheerble ball as a thank-you gesture. Their customer service is fantastic, Elaine was brilliant, and I appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I will definitely keep an eye on their future launches and get more toys for Mr. Miyagi!

I reached out to Cheerble about my dog’s ball having issues and was able to get a replacement with no issues. The customer service agent, Elaine, was very responsive and informative.

Cheerble Bal purchased in may, never working well even after a change from the reseller : stille going on erratic mode. My cat is afraid of it. I tried to wait but the mode red is always activacted... So sorry, it was nice but not going well

Order placed June 22nd. It's the 26th and all they've done is print the shipping label. Their website guarantees shipping within 24 hours. Shipping. Not printing the label. It has not shipped 4 days later.

Our cheerble Ball for our Little poodle just arrived. And that was the best Investment ever!!
Our dog is obsessed :) it is so much fun watching her playing with the Ball.

Our wicked mouse pro arrived on time, works well, and is built well! Our cat is taking a little bit of time to warm up to playing with it, but when he does he seems to really enjoy chasing it.

Ball arrived with the spinner inside not working, just making a loud noise. I contacted cheerble, I never even got a response back, via email. $70 waste of money.
Terrible customer service. If the ball worked as promised, or they actually responded. I expect this review would be alot different.

Edit: Cheerble contacted me and sent me a replacement ball. I appreciate it. I'll up it to 5stars once it's been used a bit and survives.

Originally purchased the smaller Wicked Ball SE for my dog when he was a pup, then happily upgraded to the Wicked Ball PE when he got bigger. He is a very active dog, and this is definitely one of his favourite toys. The customer service is A+. Will be purchasing from Cheerble again in the future!

This company is awesome! My dogs are obsessed!!! I did not receive my first order as there was a mix up with USPS (long story) but after dealing with their amazing customer service, Elaine helped to get me a new order sent and it came fast! My second dog is jealous and now I may need to buy him one as well!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I purchased the soft version of the cheerble cat toy and my cats absolutely adore it! After making several trips around the house it encountered a battery issue (over a year of use) and the customer service team was very quick to respond and provide solutions. I will absolutely be a returning customer here.

My product had a battery issue after the guarantee had worn out and they exchanged the product anyway. Great customer support.
