Alex is a miracle worker

I visited Alex today for her help with a deep scar on my forehead. Alex is so patient, thorough with her knowledge & put me at ease as I was very nervous not only about the pain I may experience but also how it would look afterwards. I hardly felt a thing! Alex was gentle, she asked continuously if I was okay and made sure I was comfortable throughout. Looking at my scar now is a whole new experience. Although there is a few months ahead for the treatment to settle & see the overall results, I can already see a huge positive difference and am really happy. Thank you Alex and to anyone thinking about improving unsightly scars, I highly recommend Alex.

I had a really good consultation with Jordan, where we discussed many of my concerns and how best to treat them. Everything was explained really clearly to me and I also liked how honest she was, it was very refreshing. I left feeling very reassured that the recommended treatments for me are the right ones.

Reception team were warm and friendly (and had got me booked in quickly when I needed to bring my appt forward). When I arrived on the day I was seen right away and given the numbing cream to get ready for my treatment.

My usual nurse is Brooke, she has been an absolute star, really good at making you feel at ease and always does a stellar job. Best of luck to her in her next career.

As someone who never thought they'd get Botox, or any similar aesthetic procedure, I was incredibly reassured and well looked after, and couldn't be more impressed with the results.

I have been going to Ciao Bella for a while now and have had many treatments - Botox, fillers, semi permanent makeup removal (eyebrows)and laser hair removal. Each and every time I go I have such a welcoming and professional experience and most importantly leave feeling amazing. I completely trust each member of staff to listen to my desired results but also adjust them accordingly if they feel something else would be better. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my treatments!

I’ve been visiting Ciao Bella for about 4 years and this year took the step to do a few more treatments that I’d researched. The process was very gentle and came about with the knowledge, support and trust I’d built up with the team.

I had Sculptra, a small amount of filler and NCTF. The results are amazing and very subtle, I’ve been on holiday this summer and just looked bright everyday. No-one realises what I’ve done until I tell them. Ciao Bella have helped me not to look younger but just look the best I can. I’m 48 and to be honest and have never felt better.

It’s a wonderful family-run business where they truly make you feel like part of the family. The team is warm, welcoming, professional, and always provides excellent service. This recent visit was for quite a makeover though. Consultations are there for a reason, very much needed too. Alex listens to your wishes, hopes, then professionally gives you the guidance before bringing those hopes to life. For me, first time having botox. Fab results! Followed by a quite lengthy session, nose job, fillers, smoothing those lines. 6 mls... I feel its taken years off me without changing me too much that people have noticed. Which is a bonus. As ever Alex explained everything step by step. Kept me relaxed. 🤗 totally recommend
