Alex won’t apply or charge you any extra if she believes you don’t need anymore, she makes sure all she does looks natural. Natural look- nobody knows that something has been done but they say “wow you look so fresh”

I attended the wrington clinic for mole removal 10 days ago, as a model. I’m so pleased I went!

The procedure itself was quick and pain free and Alex and Roberta were so welcoming and reassuring. Almost two weeks on and the area is now fully healed with no sign of a mole ever being there.

Booked in and had a consultation with Alex as wanted to discuss a treatment plan, Alex is very knowledgable and gave me some great ideas of things that I could do in the future if I wanted to, and explained how treatments worked, she took her time and discussed all avenues.
The receptionist was lovely and friendly and I also had a little chat with another lovely Nurse.
Look forward to seeing them all again in the future.

Couldn't be happier. Alex's care and attention to detail is amazing. I am so happy with my cheek filler results from her treatment yesterday, she went out of her way to ensure the best result was achieved. I had a dermaplaning facial today. I was welcomed by friendly, polite staff. The salon was lovely and clean, with good measures in place to ensure hygiene and social distancing. I can’t wait to book again!

The whole experience was wonderful, despite the changes due to the pandemic.
I was greeted so kindly even though I was running late for my appointment.
Emma made me feel relaxed and reassured.
The pain was SO minimal I couldn’t believe it.
All my questions were discussed and answered perfectly.

I can't fault Ciao Bella. All the staff are so welcoming and always make me feel very comfortable.

First visit and put at ease as soon as I walked in. Reception was clean and bright and felt very safe in these uncertain times. Emma was amazing, warm and friendly and made me feel really comfortable about my procedure. No rushing to get me out the door, answered all questions and I left feeling really good. Also excellent initial phone call with Gabbie who answered all my initial queries and helpfully called me back later in the day giving me time to think about the info she’d given me.
