Great experience and a lovely driver who managed to maneuver the mini bus into our awkward pick up points.

Thank you for your review, Ann-Marie.
We're delighted to hear that you had a great experience and that your driver was able to navigate the minibus into your challenging pick-up locations with ease, it's wonderful to know their efforts made a positive impression.
We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to be of service again for your future travel needs.
Kind regards,
Coach Hire Comparison Team.
Great services!
Great communications and service all through out. Found me the cheapest quote. There was no need to contact customer service for anything. I would recommend 100 times as I’ve been using this company for 5 years now and do not have anything bad to say.

Disappointing repeat booking
Have used Coach Hire Comparison before and had excellent service. The most recent trip was very disappointing. Very poor communication before hand and very last minute finalizing the coach size. We had booked a coach up to 33 seats for a group of elderly pensioners for a day trip to the coast. We were sent a 53 seater with 6 steep steps to access the coach.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We are pleased to hear that you have received excellent service from us in the past, but we are very sorry to learn that your most recent experience did not meet your expectations.
We understand your concerns regarding the lack of communication before the trip and the delay in confirming the vehicle details. We appreciate how frustrating and stressful this must have been, particularly when organising a day trip for a group of elderly passengers.
We are also sorry that the coach provided was not suitable for your group's needs. While a larger vehicle may occasionally be allocated due to operational requirements, we appreciate that the six steep access steps would have presented difficulties for some of your passengers.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment caused and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We value your custom and hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service.
Kind regards,
Coach Hire Comparison Team

Top draw coach company. 10/10!!
This company is second to none. We got an amazing deal nearly £250 cheaper than other companies. The booking was easy and the service was excellent. The driver was really friendly and accommodating. Will 100% be using them again for any trips we can. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really good competitive price
Really good competitive price, but booking system has floors in it . I rang well in advance to change my booking time , got confirmation and then day before received a mail confirming driver to see booking hadn't changed. Told I would have to pay extra due to short notice change. Thankfully when I spoke to a rep he sorted it for me with no cost.

Excellent Coach Service- Highly Recommended.
I recently booked a coach to travel to the London Embassy, and I was extremely pleased with overall experience. The coach was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, with comfortable seating that made the journey very pleasant. The driver was lovely, professional, and very understanding. He genuinely appreciated how important this journey was for our community and showed great care and respect throughout the trip. The service was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided. I would have no hesitation in recommending this coach service to anyone looking for a comfortable, reliable and affordable journey. Thank you for providing such a great service. Highly recommended!
