I Used this company for a return…
I Used this company for a return airport shuttle for a group of 17 people and they provided the best quote and the service was untouchable. I had made an error in my booking and Sadia rectified this on my behalf while I was abroad leaving me totally impressed and I will always use them now and would also recommend them to everyone.

20 person coach hire for race day
Booked a coach hire for 20 people, for a day at the races. I had quite a few issues with location and timing (my own fault) and the team were polite, incredibly quick to respond and managed to sort everything that I needed. There were no issues on the day and the driver was very accommodating to our requests. Will 100% be using again and would recommend to others.

Not happy
The driver was on time on our outward journey however he was 30 mins later for the return journey. He didn’t wear a seat belt. His navigation system was a iPad that was on the floor so he kept looking down. When it rang he answered it holding it just above the steering wheel. I don’t consider this a safe action. There was no boot for luggage it had to be re worn to the back of the bus.

Ajánlott!
Egyszerű foglalási folyamat, azonnal megküldött ajánlat, korrekt ár. Folyamatos kontakt a céggel, segítőkész sofőr.

15th August 2026 Eastbourne Trip
1. The bus provided was not conducive as the seats are NOT wide enough in comparison with the bus that was provided last year
2. We could NOT use the toilet on the return journey as the driver ‘claimed’ it is unusable.
3. The concentration of the driver was divided especially on the return journey as he was on phone most of the time hence abrupt application of brakes.
4. Church members complained about the unfriendly attitude of the driver
5. We hope you will provide a better service in subsequent years
Thanks

I was traveling with 8 elderly ladies…
I was traveling with 8 elderly ladies across the UK. I used Coach Hire Comparison for our coaches in several locations. The drivers always were curtious, on-time, and the coaches were clean and ran smoothly. They entire experience was completely stress-free! -- drivers would contact me before pick-up with their local phone numbers, one time my train arrived an hour early and the driver still showed up to pick me up!

This is the 4th time we have used CHC, we went to Bournemouth and must say the driver Ahmed was very friendly and helpful, he always had a smile on his face.. would love to have Ahmed again.. however unlike the other 3 times this time the coach was quite dirty, specially the trays which were at the back of the seats..
I would highly recommend Ahmed..

The driver was wonderful
The driver was wonderful, friendly and reliable. He answered my calls and discussed any decisions that needed to be made with me. The coach was modern and clean, however the toilet was broken and smelled terribly. We needed a toilet a we had elderly and ill people in the group. Not being able to use the toilet and the smell made the journey a bit stressful.

It's wonderful to hear that your driver provided such excellent service and was friendly, reliable, and communicative throughout the trip.
That said, we're sorry that the condition of the toilet impacted your journey. Given that your group included elderly and ill passengers, we completely understand how important these facilities were and how frustrating it must have been to travel without them. We also apologise for the unpleasant odour onboard.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will ensure your feedback is reviewed by the relevant team.

Fantastic experience from start to finish
Fantastic experience from start to finish. Quote was competitive, customer service was great with excellent communications regarding a slight adjustment in booking which was handled with no fuss. Driver Usman Abbassi was absolutely fantastic and turned up on time, was courteous and friendly and went out of his way to help with the vast amount of luggage we had. What can I say, I would highly recommend!!!

I booked a minibus to travel to a family wedding and despite several changes to my booking, everything went very smoothly. I found the several members of staff I spoke to very helpful and courteous. I was kept informed about the progress of the booking and received a call from our driver the morning of our journey.
The coach was very comfortable and our driver was excellent.
I will certainly use your company again and recommend to friends.

Great price and service
We booked two coaches for our church groups travelling from Walsall and Aston to Barry Island. The cheapest quotes but no lack of quality and care . Excellent coaches and drivers. Highly recommend.
The only improvement would be communication earlier about who our driver will be and a contact.
