We had to cancel our flight and requested a refund 8 days before our parking. We got no response ...to date. This company just take your money and we looked into the location, thank goodness we didn't park our car there. It is a tip. AVOID this at all cost Stable cottage stock lane langford BS40 5EX or it will cost you more than you think.

I had an awful experience with this company and will never book with them again.
The first problem was understanding what they were saying on the phone on each occasion calling them or them calling me.
I arrived at the time I said I would for my car to be collected and was kept waiting for around 15 minutes. Then I was instructed to pay the parking ticket, this isn’t mentioned at the time of booking so it’s £8.00 for both drop off and collection ! So be aware of that !
Then I had to wait 45 mi utes for my car to be brought back to me, which means they do not track your flight, and even then it was still 10 mi utes or so later than the time I originally booked.
Overall very poor service and I found them to be rude and had a couldn’t care less attitude.
I would advise anybody thinking of booking to avoid them.
They don’t have professional drivers dressed in suits either !!

Excellent communication that offers simplicity.

I was supposed to be met with the car on Wednesday night. It is now Sunday and the car hasn’t been returned. Communication has been awful and the people incredibly rude.

Price I selected for Mayfair parking was more expensive when I got to payment page and it said all parking terminals instead of Mayfair parking which I selected!

Easy and efficient

I mistakenly left some cash in a compartment in my car when I dropped it off. After returning from my holiday I realised once I got home that the cash had been stolen either by the driver who picked the car up from T5 or the guy who dropped the car back. I called the number and the Compare Parking Deals people basically said there was nothing they could do about it. I’m sure it’s in the t&c’s about anything left at owners risk but at least take some action!What a sad society we live in these days.

Quick, simple and easy to navigate, best prices with reputable companies very transparent what cost covers

Good price but it took me three attempts to complete the booking. The first two times the website froze and I had to fill the form again from scratch. On the third attempt it went through successfully, but I nearly gave up and tried another supplier.

Very easy to navigate the platform, lots of choice available to meet your budget requirements.

Arranged a meet and greet through this company and i chose the recommended A1 meet and greet option. Car was dropped off and was damaged, driver disappeared as soon as it was dropped off. The A1 meet and greet shouldn't be offered as the recommended choice as it insinuates trust. Would not use this comparison site again as I have lost faith in them.

This is a shocking company, they obviously don't have enough drivers and lie to you about the wait and collection times. Their drivers are not uniformed and I would not be surprised to find out they didn't have the appropriate licence's or insurance in place either. I will not be using them again and would not recommend them either.

Simple to book and much cheaper than on site parking.

Booked at Bristol Airport, then after paying it came up saying it would be £8 per entry into the airport so adding on £16 both ways to the total cost. The parking was also a farm a few miles away. For the hassle and extra costs it was just easier to go silver parking for a little more once the extra fees were added with this.

Opted for the refund option at £2.50 I requested a refund immediately after the booking. They said it would be 5-7 days it’s now day 14 no refund so now having to get my bank and legal involved.

Avoid at all costs.
