Not even a 1 star!!!! What a shambolic organisation, should be shut down immediately. No keys, no car when we returned from holiday, 2.5hrs to find my car in the mayhem - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY - they used New Farm, Stansted, look them up online - absolutely conmen!!

According to my personal experience with this company, I would say 'do not use'.
I called them 35 minutes prior arriving. It took me 3 attempts until someone picked up the phone and informed me that they were sending a driver and that I should call them back when I arrive at the Green Car Park. Their website still advises customers to drop off and pick up at the Orange Car Park, which is literally at the doorstep of the Terminal. The Green one isn't - a good 5 to 10 minutes walk if you have little ones. Apparently the Orange Car Park no longer accommodates Meet and Greet companies.
I called the company at 7.13am upon arrival and was advised that someone would be there in 5 minutes. After multiple calls hearing their lies and excuses, someone turned up at 7.47am. The driver informed me that because I was longer than 29 minutes, the exit ticket was now £21 instead of £13 and that I should have been told that.
When I returned from my holiday, I called them at 17.41 and was advised that someone will drop my car in 45 mins. They dropped my car at 18.52 (1h and 11 minutes wait).
I called them back after 50 minutes and they sounded annoyed and gave me the reg of who they thought I was. My conclusion is that I was not the only unhappy customer this day. My bet is that they wait until someone else is waiting for their car to be picked up to then drop off your car, nevermind the wait and the panic of your gate closing.
Shocking service!

Not recommended. The parking is about 20' from the airport, and the transport with the vans is not ideal as these are not regular and do not fit many people. In order to be on the safe side I would suggest you are present at least 45' before the time you need to be at the terminal. Also they keep the keys of the car and move it while you travel, mine had stayed under a tree and was full of leaves and dirt when I picked up. The staff were trying to be as accomodating as possible, but overall the experience felt stressing.

Absolutely terrible. Despite calling them half an hour before arrival, we waited over an hour for them to turn up. They obviously have a call centre in another country and use a third party to do the pick ups. On the way back we waited an hour and ten minutes.
After the first call they refuse to pick up the phone. I had to use another phone to call but when they realised it was me they hung up. Avoid, avoid avoid.

It’s a scam, do not book with this company!! The morning of my trip they said they have a broken down vehicle and to go to the green car park and they never showed up!!

Please ascertain where your car will be parked before booking.
I have photos from the Audi App showing our car parked in a street 1 mile from Heathrow.
Not possible to upload it here.
Fortunately our car was returned in the same condition we handed it over.
Others are not so fortunate.
I will only use official airport parking companies in the future.
Check with the BPA. Google reviews are very illuminating.

Awful the reviews for the car park company must be all fake. Terrible experience drop off but coming back took over one hour and they kept lying saying few more minutes

Damaged my car, ignoring my complaint.
Didn’t collect us from the airport, we had to pay £71 for a taxi to the car part.
Avoid at all costs.
Compare parking deals ignoring my emails to deal with this issue.
Don’t use them, damage your car leave you stranded at airport and never respond!

Booked Gatwick South meet and greet through Compare Parking Deals, ref CPD-19-651535, 21-25 August, £88.39.

You do not find out who is actually parking your car until after you have paid. In my case the service was delivered by Sapphire Parking Ltd trading as Park 247, and it was not a meet and greet service in any meaningful sense.

My vehicle has connected services, so I could see exactly what happened. The car sat in the South Terminal short stay car park from drop-off until the moment my flight landed five days later. It was never taken to secure storage.

On landing I called the number provided and was told they did not have my key, while the car was powered up and moving.

Nobody met us on return. The key had been left on a wheel of the car in a public car park, which voids cover under most motor policies. Items were missing from inside and the battery was down.

The booking confirmation also contradicts itself on the airport levy, stating in one line that the service is fully inclusive with no levy payable and in another that £8 each way is not included. Regardless, I was charged £10 upon dropping the vehicle and did not have the time to query it.

Compare Parking Deals sold this service and chose the operator. Book with the airport directly instead.

This was a total scam. Booked parking meet and greet that seemed legit at Luton terminal. Called the number half an hour in advance of arrival and couldn’t get through. Eventually spoke to someone who tried to redirect us to Luton city centre to get a minibus from there to the airport. Not only would this have meant us being late for our flight, but we had our two-year-old with us, so a mini bus would have been unacceptable and unsafe. Tried to cancel, no refund, no help. Clearly a criminal scam. We had to frantically book new parking at great expense 15 mins out from the airport. Livid and out of pocket!!

Beware the company we used advertised meet& greet in the airport ring 30 minutes before arriving then sent text message to drive to some yard in Luton we chose meet & greet so as to make it easier for our disabled companion had to rebook on Luton official parking site cost us more BEWARE

Excellent service, company was very efficient with communication, hardly any waiting time whether it was dropping or picking up the car and not to mention very competitive pricing compared to parking at the airport. Would recommend.

BEWARE - PLEASE READ Absolutely awful experience!
Extra fees were stated to be £20 in total but in fact were £25.
We waited 30 minutes for car to be picked up on arrival following 3 phones to see where they were.
On our return we waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for the car to be brought to us, which needed 4 phone calls.
Whilst waiting for the car we were approached by a man asking if we were waiting for our car. When we replied yes, he asked for our registration. He said there has been a problem and we needed to get in a car where someone would drive us to a compound to pick our car up. I refused and said I wanted my car brought to me as that is what id paid for. He got angry and stormed off. When I turned round my car had just turned up! I spoke to the driver and he said he had no idea what that was all about and said the man was not part of his company but made no attempt to record the issue. Where has this man intended on taking me and my daughter????? He didn't approach the families with men!!!! AWFUL experience!

Easy to use website, clear instructions for payment. Explanatory email giving full information.

Very poor communication skills on mobile phone.
Also lost a bottle of aftershave, from my middle compartment storage box, between the seats.
But they did arrive on time to collect and deliver the car back.

Appalling.
Driver did not arrive for planned meet and greet pick up.
23 repeated calls to the number. Only answered 3 times. All other calls went to voicemail.
Eventually had to leave the car in short stay car park. Waiting to collect car but suspect bill will be in excess of £210. Caught flight with 5 minutes to spare before gate closed.
When called to complain - given 3 different e mail addresses. No idea if any are working . Disgusted.
I used meet and greet very regularly and have never had this issue.
