If you're a fan of Ferris Bueller's Day Off then you'll love these guys. Nice Scratch on the door, 200 miles extra on the speedo and a Parking fine all whilst I was on Holiday. This rogue trader behaviour was supposed to be sorted years ago. Shame on you Gatwick, Compareparkingdeals and Trading Standards. Take my advice use official Airport parking - not these guys!

It was a simple process to book parking. The last time I tried it was much more complicated

Excellent. It’s quick and easy.

We have used Sure parking many times without problem but this time, there was 'no printing of instructions' indicated early enough!
I had finished writing it all down when on the next page there it was. If there had been a couple of words or a symbol it would have been simpler

Upon arrival the man at the gate was very helpful. However, there is an additional £20 to pay when you get there which isn’t very clear when you book the parking. The return email also says “call this number when you return and we will pick you up in 30 minutes”. I did that, then I got a call 2 minutes later saying to hurry up and was overall quite rude. One positive is that they turn your car on for you for your return, but I probably won’t use this car park again unfortunately

Simple and quick to book , I hope the actual experience is as good.

The booking form does NOT make it clear there is a £26 charge for bus transfer to the terminal.....OUTRAGEOUS mis-selling of this service with no immediate cancellation allowed.

The price was 10% more than quoted and only option i took cost 99p

I didn't realise I was dealing with a different company, as I always use M&G with Manchester Airport parking.
Please treat this booking as cancelled.

How we booked was fine but the company we used wasnt great and the car was returned to us in a disgusting state which may have damaged the paintwork, the mini bus had a bald tyre and no effort to ensure all were wearing their seatbelts. Gatwick Airport Services did not care or look after our car and no receipt was given as said

Firstly we were told we had to leave our vehicle at the South terminal when we booked for the North as it was full but all others in our party was able to. Secondly we had to pay £10 exit fee & then on return the person on the phone was rude. We then had to pay £14 to get our car out of the car park after they left the keys on the front tyre. I don’t call this meet & greet. Won’t use again.

No email confirmation, waited 2 hours to pickup. They are so bad and don’t care at all. I don’t know how there are a

We did not drop off at the advertised drop off outside the airport. Instead, instructed to go to the Green car park, pay £13 for a ticket and walk to the terminal. We are both disabled and found the walk uphill exhausting and painfull. The same on our return, very exhausting and painful again. We had to pay another £13 to get out of the car park. Our car was returned absolutely filthy, caked in mud exterior and drivers seat. We are not impressed at all.
