The website is too complicated to navigate intuitively. I find that I need to phone into the company any time I need to purchase a course.
Once purchased, the course does a good job. However, I found it startling that the price more than doubled from a few months ago.

Used to be Good, Awful since being Taken over by 360
Ever since this company merged with 360 training, it's been awful. The platform isn't user friendly. It's inconsistent. The enrolled participant couldn't log in, it took an hour to sort out the problem. The websites are confusing and give a constant run-around. The website used to be easy and simple to use. I can't adequately express how much I dislike the new website and format. I'm currently looking to switch vendors. It makes no sense to me.

The training went well
The training went well. I did have a problem trying to purchase the IATA Lithium battery training. I was told that my company computer systems was blocking access. I went ahead and purchased the class 9 training along with the DOT Hazmat on the same system. It seems like there is an issue on your end.

extend or convey training
I would love to able to extend or have access to training for longer than 2 months. It is not like something has been damaged or used. It's digital training. I understand there has to be a cut off point but not being able to extend or convey to another student doesn't seem quite right.

I enjoy the lecture format
I enjoy the lecture format. I wish you could also get it in pdf file with the important points to remember. When reviewing the answers that I got wrong I wish it would explain about the correct answer instead of just showing me my answer. Also, it would be nice to have more time alloted for the test.

New Website
I'm not particularly fond of the new website. It's a bit clunky in my opinion. I think you could do better with the navigating, creating new users, and assigning them courses without going all over the place to find them. I may have missed something along the way but still a bit clunky. Courses are great and have been using this company for a very long time relying on the list of online training that you offer. One more thing, I would indicate replacement courses as so training records would be easier to update.

The course was relatively easy and appropriate for the material. Only a few minor errors. Wastes alot of time with the timer countdown on the self-review questions along the way. Customer service struggled to help with my questions, seemed to be automated and useless unless I could phrase a question a specific way.

The new website is impossible to use. Repeatedly tried to enroll an employee in a course. Finally I gave up and went with a competitor.
