Never bothered to fix the issue
I called Compliance Training online to fix an issue. The line told me to send an email, so I did. After a few days, I received and email back with a few questions. I answered the questions and never had the problem resolved, nor another email. Another company with third party administrators that could not care less about the customers for Compliance Training Online

Originally was easy to maneuver through the site and assigned courses and such now it is difficult it makes mistakes hard to deal with.

Software Upgrade - Unfriendly
The technician on the phone was able to get me into the system to purchase 2 additional seats successfully. However, my account is not complete with all the data that I had under the old system. I find the upgrade to the CTO database or new software, unfriendly and more complicated. The old system was very easy to navigate and use. I don't find that with this new system. Will most likely look for an alternative to get our compliance training.
