Easy to purchase a course and we had access in minutes to start training!

The employer never received a login for the person that was doing the training.

I emailed in advance stating I needed this information ASAP(as in the same day)- did not receive a response until approx 32 hours later?

The person doing the training only received a link, no login/username information. The link then promoted us to make a new profile and when we did stated the training that was purchased was not available.

I reached out to the chat to help us log in. The person on the other end of the chat was not listening to what I was saying and was rude and could not figure out what the issue was. I kept having to repeat to him that only 1 email was used for creating the employees login and the same email is what was used to send him the training invite. I even had to send him as screen shot since he did not believe me or understand.

FINALLY after 1 hour wasted of my time your help desk realized that the user names did not match...which made no sense since compliance training did not give the employer or the employee any username to use....I would also like to point out that at the beginning of the conversation I informed the help desk what username we were using...

The whole thing made no sense and was extremely frustrating and NOT user friendly for the employer or the employee who was trying to do the training.

We were not happy with anything to do with the setup or the service we received in help desk.

working with the MSHA courses was smooth but for some reason when working on the others they had glitches.

It was very easy to sign up for this course and assign it to my employees.

I do not recommend . The timer on questions that come up after each chapter has a minimum limit of 1 minute which is frustrating. Also the course is not engaging. My colleagues took this course from another company which is offering at way lower price and better engagement .

Accidentally ordered an extra copy of one training because the new checkout experience is not smooth. Reached out to them, and they said they would refund, but have never had any follow up or refund, despite sending three emails now. And that's not the only problem.
The new layout and shopping experience is painful and difficult. The shopping doesn't work at all on mobile, and even on a computer it keeps trying to shove four specific courses on you and you can't easily get to the rest. Every time you log in it takes some hunting to get where you would obviously want to go (the training).
The training material itself is useful and has good information, but the presentation can be bad at times and very dry. I suspect they're using an AI "voice", but it's not terrible. However, the decision to make the trainings so you have to slowly scroll through them manually, and they only load what is immediately on screen, seems sub-optimal.
Add to that the new "games" added to keep you engaged. Not a bad idea, but very badly implemented. The first one I got was a crossword, but some of the clues didn't really make sense without searching for the exact phrase in the study guide, and the UI was very bad. Automatically jumped to different boxes and was difficult to fill in, and if you got a wrong answer, it clears the entire form and makes you start over. The other games/checks haven't been as bad, but that was not good.
Not my first year using these trainings, but it's a big step down from the last few years. More flashy and sleek, but less helpful and way less user friendly

hard to understand the prosses on how to enroll your team on courses

I requested support via e-mail as I purchased 3 training session's on 2/27/26 and completed one on that date and received my certificate. I also updated my access as required when I tried to log in. When I returned on 3/02/26 I find I'm unable to find the other 2 sessions I purchased. Help.

I thought the new training site is better and more informative that the old site.

Decent safety training. Very easy test and quizzes. The only reason i give a bad review is that i got one wrong on the test because the quiz and training said one thing and the test disagreed. I had another employee do the test and he agreed with me.

I truly enjoy the videos and information shared that aid in my growth, and I desire to be educated while educating.

customer support tech was fine... the issue is with the new platform going from the CTO page to this other multipage link between 260Compliance, Hard Hat, CTO and whatever else, is not very user friendly. Not that the old doesn't needs to change or evolve, but sometimes the old is just fine or better. I've had to call back multiple times to try and get assistance to navigate the new platform, toggling from tab to tab to another page, finding courses i purchased, assigning, un-assigning, then jumping back to member login to learner login, blah, blah, blah... then to check completion, progress or startup of each trainee is also having to jump from page to page.
Anyway, previous platform was extremely easy to maneuver through from purchase of courses, view available courses, assignments, list of available users, progress of learners, etc.

When I call they said they could switch my course to Spanish and then they said they didn't offer Spanish courses. I bought a total of 5 course and requested 1 refund because the one employee only spoke Spanish and they denied the refund. Compliance Training used to offer Spanish course. When you purchase the courses online it state on the website over 150+ languages. Very disappointing.
