Helped me receive proper certifications

I can not access my dashboard to assign courses. I log in to admin and then it takes me to a screen only showing my stuff no way to assign or change student this used to be an easy site to work with now its changed and I guees I need to switch to a user friendly site

We are unable to access the courses I purchased and no one will help us. I have contacted the company twice and all I get is a "bot" answer that does not solve my problem.

Purchased some training, and it’s not showing up on my portal. Try reaching customer service, and they were useless.

I needed Spanish confined space training. I couldnt find it anywhere on your site. So I sent an email to find out if it is offered. I was told it was available but I am not able to find it on your site.

I use several companies for our training, and unfortunately your interface is the least convenient. I would prefer an invitation code or self-registration link instead of creating passwords manually for each learner. It would also be helpful if previous training information and learner records were easier to align and track. Overall, the training content is useful, but the admin/user experience could be more efficient and intuitive.

The inability to easily see current "in-progress" students and the lack of an individual course outline to show regulators what your employee's learned is a game changer. Will not be using this platform after 2026. Also, customer service is probably the worst I have ever encountered, technical help was fantastic except when you are asking them to do things they know the system can't do. Also, the limit on how long a student can be enrolled and then losing the cost of the course if they don't finish. Nothing positive has occurred with this platform since 360 got involved.

Your sales force will not work with me to re-enable usage of courses already purchased years ago. The sale force person I talked to simply wanted to pass me over to another department. So I couldn't in good faith give you a better review.

The learning process was about creating success! Great job. Memory retention was good! There were some in depth things that weren't covered that got brought up in questions. Other than that, great!

Purchased training, and then did not end up needing it. Asked for refund and was denied - fair enough. Asked what my options were. Was told I could transfer the credits to someone else or try a different course. Tried to transfer the credits to someone else to complete the course and was denied. The

This is a scam. You cannot get an online certificate and submit that to any Blue Card holder and assume that they will sign the 5000-23. There is no way for the Blue Card holder to verify that the training received is MSHA approved. This "training course" is most likely not MSHA approved, and will not be accepted by any mine in the US. If it was, they would issue the trainee a signed 5000-23, which they do not.

The website was easy to use and straightforward. I was able to sign up quickly and assign the training to my employee without any issues. Customer service was also very helpful when I reached out. Overall, smooth process and efficient.

The platform has become too complicated. The last two employees that I have added, they have not received emails for invites to their training. So I have to tell them their login credentials. Then trying to find their enrolled course is too difficult. Buying and assigning courses are a lot harder than before.

Summary - user experience is poor

Your entire business model is nothing more than a system to make your company money. Useless
