AI slop
A couple of years ago, it was a real training program that was well laid out. Now it's just all AI slop. Simple rehashing of regulations, endless references and annoying AI-generated voices. I will not use this service again.
They should realize that AI in its present form is not the future. It's a dead end.
Edit: Not sure how contacting the company would change the quality of the training. They should redo the whole thing. Right now, AI presenters change mid-sentence. You literally have one voice reading the beginning of the sentence and another reading the end. In addition, many final test questions are incorrectly formulated. There were cases of two correct answers present in the choices, and only one was "officially" correct. Or asking questions that made no sense to a chemist (the training was in shipping dangerous goods).
I'll definitely stay away from them in the future. At least until the AI slop is flushed out.

Compliance Training Online will not provide a signed Form 5000-23 rendering the training as an MSHA Annual Refresher, as it is advertised, useless.

They are ok
When I originally purchased courses I was unaware that CTO gave certificates regardless of the score. That doesn't feel like great training to me. Also, I had a course that I purchased expire on me before the employee took the course. I would have appreciated at least an email warning me that the course would expire. I had to purchase another one

Admin/Manager portal very confusing!
The manager side is extremely confusing on understanding how to enroll and send training for users. Documents that tell you how to do it would be helpful!

Very convenient if you can’t attend a class or if your company doesn’t provide
Pay attention to the modules. They skills check questions at the end of each module are not the questions you get asked on the test.

Absolutely a SCAM.
This was the worrrrrst bloodborne pathogens course ive ever purchased for my employees. It barely had any actual safety information, it was more of an informational on "what your employer should provide". I feel like i need to go buy a whole new round of BBP courses elsewhere for my artists due to this SCAM. On top of that, when purchasing, the site let me switch to CAD for a currency, showed me it was charging me $180 CAD, and then charged me $270 CAD because it actually charged me in USD. This BBP course is entirely a scam and i would NEVER recommend it to anybody.

New Format = Garbage
The previous format was MUCH MUCH simpler. I was not a fan of the change initially, and I still deplore the new set up. Managing students is uncecessarily complicated (changing contact, email, etc.). I thought you all may have made some tweaks to make the site more user-friendly, as it was previously, but alas - its still complete garbage.
