I never knew I needed new windows, Untill i saw an add for Crown Glazing. That was the day I found out I needed to reinstall all my windows with secure safe windows. Thank you guys for making my home feel safe again

Windows fitted perfectly and a great customer service and i would definitely recommend this company. I am extremely happy with the quality. It was perfect.

They don't honour their contract, completely unprofessional and getting deposit back is a nightmare. In court action now. Do not use this or their associated companies.

This cowboy business cold called my 82 year old mother. This was followed up by a call from a chap working at the company advising my mother that she needs all new windows and doors in the property installing. They happily took a £1,200 deposit from my 82 year old mother. When I cancelled the contract in the allocated time on behalf of my mother, they had tried to charge her £6,000 for the glass in her property. I am still waiting after 4 weeks for my mothers £1,200 deposit to be returned. I have made an unbearable amount of phone calls but I just keep getting messed about, constantly telling me the accountants aren’t in. Avoid at all cost, they’re absolute cowboys.

Do not ever use this company for any services what so ever, the entire outfit is a shambles, communication skills of a fish, liars, and the workmanship terrible,
the sales man very good in delivering what they offer to reel you in after that it will go all down hill.
as for the install & the communication of what is to be done , you may aswell just let them do what they want, as they just leave you in the dark, the subcontractors who come to install very unprofessional left the property with dust and dirty hand marks on walls and paintwork , couldnt even be bothered to clean the glass after the install. very unprofessional for simple tasks, then the admin team another shambles constantly lying when contacting them in regards to the dates of the install, hounding us with phone calls and emails for payment when the job was incomplete and to top it off threatening me with debt recovery , all in all poor poor company with no sense of customer satisfaction it seems their is no pride to deliver a great job and build customer relations and satisfaction just in it to take your money

So pleased with the service we received. We ordered a mix of some replacement windows and some replacement glass. Friendly salesman who went above and beyond, excellent fitters who did a fantastic job and when we reported the wrong handles had been fitted, this was fixed with no fuss. Would highly recommend.

I ordered new double glazed windows and a new back door from a very pleasant and charming salesman. The fitters were good too, but they forgot to bring window catches.
Someone brought the catches from Bradford, but only 10, when I needed 11.
That was 8 months ago. Despite repeated requests and reminders, that last one still isn’t fixed.
Meanwhile, Crown have rung me several times to persuade me to buy the product I have already bought from them.
Not all negative, but I wouldn’t recommend them or use them again myself.

Salesman was good, but I cancelled the same day as I got a better deal elsewhere. Trying to get my deposit back is a nightmare. They said they would do a bank transfer after I said I didn't want a cheque. Nothing went into my account. Phoned them again, to be told the accountant was sending a cheque by second class post, and to expect it by next week.
Quick enough to take the deposit, but don't want to pay it back after 6 weeks of waiting. Total joke of a company.

Nice salesman.... cancelled next day as they are extremely expensive even after all the (sales pitch discounts).
TRYING to get a deposit back should be easy. It's taken 8 weeks and still waiting. Everywhere is a different story with 'we promise ' it will be posted today.
Extremely rude when you phone complaining and there excuse is due to Civid.

A good salesman, followed by a good surveyor. Then it goes from bad to worse. Appalling after service. If you give an alternative phone number they never ring on it. They leave short voice messages like ring me! Stains on the new door frame, over 3 weeks to get a door completely fitted and still not completed. No letterbox, lots of false promises. But they DO take your money. We are NOW seeking legal advice!

Cold callers - using out of date Data bought from nobody knows where.

Obnoxious, incompetent, rude staff who call you and then hang up if you don't conform to their script.

When you call the number back you're given the option to indicate you do not want to receive any more calls, don't bother, they ignore that too.

If you call me again I will report you to Ofcom for harassment.

I have to say i was a little nervous after the call about the windows.
I didnt even realise what a difference it would make to change my glazing.
The young man who called me was very polite and they arrived on time to tell me about the efficency.
They explained everything no pressure and i decided to get the windows i needed changing done
with the cost being so much less than a couple of local companies.
The fitters were friendly too.
I know im raving but honestly all my worries were not worth it as i really am delighted from the first call to the end result.
Lets hope Tui holidays please me as much ...

It actually has made a big difference to the warmth of my home so i cant say anything negative.

Had 4 cold calls from these people in the space of 24 hours. That’s called harassment. The number they were calling me on is registered with TPS, that means the calls were illegal. They weren’t even asking for me and kept asking for someone by a different name. Repeatedly told them that it wasn't me and to delete the number, but they kept calling. How difficult is a simple instruction to stop calling to follow, obviously very difficult for them. Asked to be put through to a manager to make a complaint, they refused, obviously as they knew they were breaking the law or more likely they were already dealing with other complaints. Asked where they got their information from and for proof of their permissions. They illegally refused to provide this as clearly they do not have it. Asked them to call back with it or for details of who I could complain to, they refused again.
You would have to have even fewer brain cells than them to even think about giving any money to a company that has just disregard for the law, people’s privacy and complaints.

I agreed to a quote after a cold call and three days later a sales man turned up. He spent a great deal of time talking about technical details of his product after I stated that FENSA certification was all the assurance I needed. And even longer telling me how prices would be going up even higher soon. However I was very alarmed by some classic hard sell techniques including:

A starting price which was then reduced by 40% 🚩

A final price which was only avaliable if I took it there and then 🚩

An inflated interpretation of the value of the guarantee (I'm not saying the guarantee is wortless, it's just not the top of my priority) 🚩

A genuine attempt to induce me into taking the offer because of the time the sales man had taken 🚩

Needless to say I expect many people would have been persuaded into making a rash decision, and I would warn anyone to be prepared for a classic hard sell. If you dont like confrontation, or disappointing people then I suggest you have somebody with you when the sales man call.

I Would like to add that after discussion with people in the industry, the final price did seem fair and I checked the units they were selling are a high specification. I do not doubt the quality of work that will be produced.
