Utter cowboys. Ordered windows and on the day of the install they didn't show up, called and they said it had been cancelled. Offered an alternative date but I decided I wanted a refund as the goods were not delivered. Spent weeks calling and emailing. Emails were ignored and over the phone I was given every excuse from the accounts manager has been very sick (for 3 months), IT systems are down, basically fobbed off.
We did a charge back and they finally called us back but we ignored the call.
Very surprised as they seemed professional and the surveyor arrived very quickly.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE! POOR QUALITY MATERIALS, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DID NOT SUPPLY CERTIFICATE WHICH WAS PROMISED AND LIE ABOUT INSTALLING A RATED WINDOWS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ALLOW THEM TO SWEET TALK YOU INTO PURCHASING NEW WINDOWS THEOUGH THEM. SALESMEN DESERVE A BAFTA FOR THEIR PERFORMANCES.

I have recently had my conservatory upgraded by this company. I had not heard of them so was rather nervous. However I was dealt with professionally and efficiently. The three men that completed the work were very polite and worked extremely hard in very cold weather conditions. I am very pleased with the end result

We had replacement sealed window units a few months ago and the job was so good we've just had two replacement external doors with which we are equally satisfied. Fast, efficient and professional. I can't recommend this company enough. Any minor communication problems with the office were quickly resolved and were more than happy. Thank you all.

Shocking company!! They will tell you all the things you want to hear. The guy who gave us a quote was a very good salesman, I give him that. Accepted a quote and paid a deposit. After reading the reviews because we have never heard of crown glazing before we realised it was a big mistake and they was scammers! Emailed within 24 hours to cancel! No response so I phoned and told them I wanted to cancel they said they needed it in an email so me and my partner emailed 4 times and still no reply so I rang up to make sure it was cancelled and they said they have cancelled our order and a cheque will be sent out but it will take upto 28 days.. we knew we wouldn't be getting our refund from reading other reviews so we phoned the bank and they managed to sort our issue!! How are they even getting away with it is beyond me!! Avoid at all cost!! And it wouldn't surprise me that the good reviews are being put up by the staff or family members!!

So sorry that I have had to give a 1 star review if I could give minus 5 I would. Appalling from the start, badly fitted, front door broken. Seal for doors and windows fell off within a week. More water on the inside than on the outside. More noise that the old 30 year old windows. Been waiting for a door replacement for 10 weeks and still not been received as the 2nd one has warped. A company full of promises but never delivered and company directors who wont answer the phone. A con company who has no customer service and a guarantee, that is as much use as a chocolate fireguard . PLEASE don't waist your money on this company

They came gave me a quote which I accepted,that was the BIGGEST MISTAKE I could have made. The men came fitted the new glass they rang the Bos whom then wanted payment before I had even had a chance to inspect their work said I would receive the Certificate which I am still waiting for 6 weeks on. They have not fitted the blinds properly and broken them. I recommend you do not use this firm.

Recommended. The assessor was professional and polite. I had three units failing that I had quotes on from other companies but this was the cheapest and the replacement was quick and tidy. 10/10 recommended to my friends and family.

Ordered a large picture window in September after cold calls and agreeing to a home visit. Paid £280 deposit. Was given a fitting date of October 2nd only to be contacted to say that the window size was too large and they couldn't fulfill their commitment. We have been promised a refund by cheque since the end of September and still nothing. My husband has phoned at least 4 times only to be given the run around and told they would chase it up. After taking advice we are lodging a claim in the small claims courts.
AVOID THIS COMPANY THAT HAS NO MORALS.
UPDATE: As of today, still no success with our deposit being returned so today we have lodged a claim in the small claims court. Shocking to see how many people on here are having the same issue. I can only assume this company have a serious cash flow problem.

Still waiting on £100 deposit back been 10 weeks keep making excuses all the time

Used this company for patio doors back in May, I was so happy with the quality and workmanship, I had them back to replace all my windows, another great job completed today, I would not have a problem recommending Crown glazing, they are reliable do a fantastic job, are clean and tidy, and most importantly the price was very good.

Scam calls - constant

They did an absolutely stupendously excellent job on the windows they are pristine could not be happier! :)

Cold callers and now pretending to be energy company to get your house number .

Not sure how these parasites got my number but they hound me day in day out using a different number every time as I keeep blocking them😡 terrible way to do business.

After being badgered on the phone, eventually caved in and agreed to a visit. “Surveyor” arrived, very scruffy, eventually offered some figures. Gave a “Retail” price, and then a reduced price, as a grant and recycle allowance applied. We asked for a written quote, and proof of savings promised. He wouldn’t leave anything in writing, promised to confirm details on email. Still waiting for that. His description of heat loss % was way above that quoted on their website. It all felt like a typical “Double Glazing Sales” experience from the 90s.

Again another story where they target the elderly. Unfortunately they persuaded my dad he needed new windows (he doesn't). My dad ended up foolishly paying in full. He only told us too late to be able to deal with it. I'm just hoping they now turn up and do a good job. They've taken so much money off him. It makes me really angry when companies target the elderly. They should be ashamed of themselves!

The work was great and the windows were done to perfection. Loved how it turned out.
