The call was answered very promptly by Janine, who was most helpful and cheerful and genuinely wanted to help. She got our Advanced Passenger Information sorted out with Air Canada very quickly. Above and beyond is standard for Olivia!!
We had major issues with our reserved accommodation in NYC (not wheelchair accessible) but Olivia was an absolute angel in resolving this situation for us and arranged suitable accommodation for our needs. She was very patient, sympathetic and supportive in making sure our trip was back on the right track. She was amazing and dealt with the hotel directly that we had the issue with and also another 3rd party who was used to book the accommodation. It may have taken almost 6 hours to get a resolution but this was not anything to do with Olivia. She kept us informed at all stages. We have booked several holidays with Cruise Nation in the past and this was the first trip we’ve had any issues with. We will continue to recommend this company and Olivia to all our friends and family
