I would actually give 0 stars. Item ordered in March. When it eventually arrived, it was not the item I ordered. I got in touch with them and they said rather than me pay to send it back to Germany (it was quite a large parcel) I could give it away and they would send me a 10% refund. I managed to get that to 30% (after asking for a bigger discount) but then I heard nothing for weeks. I had to chase them 2 to 3 times and they kept apologising and not sending a refund because their computer system was down. I did ask for a total refund. Weeks later (7 or 8- I lost track), they sent a 30% refund.
Quality bad too.

Wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. This is a scam company - do not buy from them. My item arrived weeks late and is completely different to the one advertised. It is terrible quality, covered in Chinese writing and not something I would let any child play with. Cuddleberry are refusing to offer me a full refund so I will take them to the small claims court. This company should not be allowed to operate in the UK.

Have not received my goods and have been told they have no record of the order number or my e mail address even though they sent me and e mail with the order number in it!

My order has now arrived but does not work! 😡

Not clear at the point of purchase, but they just ship everything from China, so everything takes 3-4 weeks to arrive. The website appears like a small business, but it's actually mass produced stock. Find a local alternative, not worth it.

Advertised as goods from Europe, shipped from China and takes absolutely ages to arrive. Wish I had checked these reviews before ordering...

I ordered a kids tablet without checking reviews first. When a few minutes later I read all the terrible reviews I asked for a refund. Instead they requested my details again saying they needed to check with the shippers. Avoid this company like the plague.

I ordered multiple items ALL poor/unsafe quality. Shipped from china originally.
Save yourself money and buy quality products from a known brand!

Bath toys arrived with rusted elements. Offered 30% off. I asked them to review this and confirm if they were happy for a child to play with rusted toys, they reviewed and decided 30% was their final offer and so I can only assume they are happy to sell rusted toys to children! Disgraceful. A full refund to acknowledge the product was not appropriate for children would have been acceptable.

I placed an order 4 weeks ago to be told today that’s it’s not available in colour ordered . I have requested a refund so we’ll see how long that now takes

Took 4 weeks to come, once arrived, tap broke after the 2nd go, wouldn’t refund even though you’re entitled to one by law within 30days. A case has been against them from my bank. Please do yourself a favour and buy from elsewhere.

Did complain was was offered 20% refund to keep item as customer pays return postage and they say the return process is slow and not eco friendly

Ordered two baby back packs all in one crib utter rubbish says it folds into the back pack with easy assemble and folds into the back pack. It is a joke Will certainly not be handing them to expecting mums Don’t purchase one of these items

I ordered a mother duck and babies that woddled along. Took ages to arrive and I received one duck in a box covered in Chinese writing! I sadly thought this was a decent company, more fool me!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ❌

How I wish I had read the reviews of this SHAM company before I ordered. No goods arrived. Tracking system firstly took me to a delivery from China. By email they said I had got the wrong tracking number (Perhaps their own one giving the game away that it was not the little private company their website lies about) I instructed the bank to withdraw payment as none of their obligations met. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Ordered a baby hip seat carrier 9th March, received on the 24th March had plenty of updates on delivery. Was pleased with what was delivered never had any problems

Absolutely rubbish. Took forever to arrive. Wrong package. Sent a replacement not working. Now suggesting I accept 20 percent back and gift the package to someone else!
