I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing!
Avoid this company at all costs!
I purchased an item (bear in mind for a baby!) that arrived broken it’s made of wood and snapped with wooden splinters. They won’t refund my money and offered a 10% discount ‘as a gesture of goodwill’ to keep the broken item and I’m assuming let our baby use it… beggars belief. After many many emails they have said I can return it at my own expense which they tell me will be costly and it will take a long time before they will refund me. This of course does not comply with consumer law, however this company is in Germany, that doesn’t not mean they don’t have to comply if they market goods for uk and I have now reported them to UKICC
I’ve told them I will leave a negative review on but based on their reviews on here it seems their not particularly bothered about negative reviews anyway… avoid avoid avoid!

My purchase was cheap Chinese rubbish, very poor quality for the price. I requested a return, was offered 20% discount, returns process was difficult and I lost the will to live and finally accepted refund. I usually read TP reviews when buying from a new company, but unfortunately didn't do so on this occasion! Will not be buying from them again.

Do not order the children's tablet. Trying to mindwash children with the Quarn app. Scary. Absolutely disgraceful!!!!!

I ordered a dinosaur water bottle for my daughter. A unicorn water bottle arrived.

I contacted customer service to let them know the wrong item had been received. They asked for photographic evidence, which I promptly provided.

After "investigating", I was told that the item I received matched the item ordered and that there was no evidence of an incorrect shipment.

Confused, I sent screenshots of both the product page and my order confirmation. Both clearly showed a dinosaur water bottle. The bottle in my hand was still a unicorn.

After a second investigation, the company again concluded that there was no issue and that the correct item had been sent.

At no point did anyone acknowledge the obvious discrepancy between:

* The dinosaur bottle shown on the website
* The dinosaur bottle shown in the order confirmation
* The unicorn bottle that actually arrived

Instead, the company repeatedly relied on its internal records and ignored the evidence provided.

The final resolution offered was that I could return the item at my own expense if I wanted a refund.

What I found most frustrating was not the mistake itself. Mistakes happen. It was the complete refusal to engage with the actual issue. Rather than acknowledging that either the website, order confirmation, or fulfilment process was wrong, the company repeatedly suggested there was "no evidence" of a problem despite being shown photographs at every stage.

I've never experienced customer service quite like it. Apparently, if a dinosaur bottle arrives as a unicorn bottle, the correct response is not to fix the problem, but to insist that dinosaurs and unicorns are the same thing.

My daughter purchased the Aqua play station
On looking at the advert it shows a child which looks around 18 months of age
On receiving the product my daughter DIDNT even open the box as it was approximately 12 x 10 inches
So the product is smaller than the box
After emailing the company to say we are disgusted about the quality of this item they offered 20% refund and keep the product
After going backwards and forwards writing emails, they offered 50% refund.
We did eventually open the box, some of the pieces of food are approximately 3cm a potential choking hazard for a small child
And the quality of the PlayStation is very, very poor
They have offered 50% refund, which has been refused
So have no option but to return it at our cost

DO NOT ORDER from this company! I ordered something on 20th May been back and forwards by email they offered another colour as what I wanted was out of stock, I refused and asked for a refund. You speak to the same person by email Bella she says it’s being escalated, I still haven’t received a refund time to contact my bank! Complete scam!!

Persevere with asking for a refund.Threaten and then follow up to Trading Standards and HM Rev and Customs to be informed of this bogus company, clearly based in China and not Germany as stated, fake photos on the site, sub-standard brittle plastic toys that took 3 weeks to arrive, and then someone had stood on the parcel too! Avoid if you haven't been caught like me. I love you Trustpilot and need a tattoo on my hand to remind me of you.

.They are selling cheap dupes from China. My Montessori toys were made from plastic with a battery in the head of a toy that claimed to be suitable for babies
.They claim to be a German company and UK based but are Chinese and don't comply with any Child Safety laws. I am trying to return my toys but they won't give a return address and keep offering money to get me to keep their rubbish.

If I could rate this company a ZERO, I would. It's all lies. It's a scam. Bought a tablet and it's a joke. Uploaded crap and outdated software to it. The camera is awful. It's worse than a budget tablet. I can't even explain how bad it is. Forget how long it took to get here. Just pathetic. Taking peoples money for rubbish is just low.

Item took 4 weeks to arrive in the UK. Arrived unboxed and with a strong chemical smell. Wouldn't consider giving this to a child. Company takes no responsibility for the failure to declare an accurate lead time at the point of sale. Partial refund offered to avoid the hassle of sending back to China. Would not have purchased if I knew how long it would take.

SCAM!!! AVOID at all costs, absolutely disgraceful that a company can pretend to be based in the UK and then provide less than TEMU quality products for CHILDREN!! They should be shut down!!!

Ordered a kids tablet never arrived

Order a giant bouncy ball for my Daughter... Cost £22 which is not a lot so maybe that is my fault... It took 3 weeks to come from China... And when it arrives we pumped it up and it deflated in less than 30 min !! Turns out the valves that supposed to close the whole is too small so the air goes out... I contacted them and they offered me 10% refund. It is now in the Bin and I will never order from them again. Bad product, bad delivery but hey I got 10% (£2.20)

Please do not purchase anything from this company they are a con and there items are not as specified on site they are as cheap as anything and not worth the price the state. The one pound shop offers better quality. Customer service when you have received the crap item then wants you to keep it and refund you the delivery charge as they say will be quicker, well that’s not the case either.

I ordered a play tent for my child never received an email confirmation after emailing 4 times I was finally given an order number…. Was a further 3 weeks before it arrived a tent was a diff colour diff material a flimsy. Emailed straight away asking for a refund they made it very difficult so I could not return. To point offered me a percentage back a told to keep after several weeks a being told there’s a fault on their system so haven’t been able to refund yet! I contacted my bank a told them the situation. Luckily my bank got me my full refund. It says they are uk based too? They are not. Avoid at all costs

Ordered an item on the 10th April and I received no communication. I had to constantly chase them and when they did reply the reply never made any sense - it's like they didn't even read my emails properly. Also note the tracking on the site NEVER works.
In the end the item was delivered to a "safe place", and behold I wasn't home and have an estate that is behind my home so theft is a regular occurrence if they can get away with it. Anyways contacted them to say I hadn't got it and they replied saying I had to contact the logistic service and get 'written evidence'...what a cheek!! After a couple more emails they eventually said they had to 'escalate it'. I got fed up of waiting and contacted my bank. Luckily my bank managed to sort it but this company is a joke. Do not buy from them!

I have spent £50 on a kids tablet and never heard from them again. Emails and chats have been unanswered. It's a scam

Do not order from this company my order took 3 weeks when it came the packaging was all bashed and could not be given as a present When i tracked my order was coming from China the site is UK based I realised to late i could have ordered from Amazon

Do not use this company. Waited over a month for delivery. Cut and paste responses from enquiries with replies saying exactly the same thing

Suspect it is a scam company operating from China
