I was extremely disappoint with this company...I order a L and received an XL...when I sent pictures and showed them where the tag specifically stated and XL this was their response...
And I quote, "You purchased a size XL sweatshirt, the label will read L/XL.This dual labeling system ensures that our clothing fits well for customers from different regions. So the size is correct."
The problem with that is there was only one size on the label and it clearly says XL. They will not make this right and I would never order from this company again...beware!!!

This company has stolen all their designs, even the actual photos, from another lady that has worked hard to build her business. Disgusting.

I ordered an image of the moon from the day that my daughter was born for her birthday well in advance. It arrived, and there was clearly a printing error in the image of the moon. I communicated with the customer service team via email and was told that they would send me another image if I paid for the shipping. When I wrote back suggesting they should actually pay for shipping because the product was damaged. I never heard from them again. Product does not look like I expected. Their customer service stinks. I will never order from them again!

Haven’t recieved the product sent multiple emails no reply

Product arrived broken due to minimal packaging and the company would neither refund my money or give me a replacement. I even sent them a picture of the broken frame.

Do not order here!!! These People are scammers! They let you pay and you get nothing. I even payed extra for fast delivery so i would get it for christmas, still hasn't arrived!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! Do not order from custom likes! I ordered $130 worth of gifts (custom frames) and received them broken due to poor packaging! Custom Likes offered a $10 refund!! They should have refunded completely or offered to send replacements! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts! Horrible customer service!!

I too paid for this gift for my beautiful wife… paid the extra to have it delivered express… been almost two weeks and it’s still not left the building…. Decided to look up the company reviews and then I knew I had been ripped off by this company and Face Book too! They seem to allow any scam artist on FB nowadays as long as they get paid…. I’ll be closing my FB account after this…. Did message the company asking for a full refund as it’s not even done yet… Will update once I get something.

UPDATE: 2nd December and still not arrived in the country…. Tracking shows it sitting in Mainland China…. Tracking also shows it’s been to Europe and back, but not to worry as it’s going to be leaving for its destination soon!!! Yeah what ever! Lucky I paid the “Express Postage”

I am disgusted with the moon print that I received from these fools, not only is it the wrong moon for my granddaughters birthday (who sadly passed away which these heartless people are aware of) but the frame was damaged, some of the text was not complete, obviously I DID NOT PAY FOR THIS SLOPPY FINISH,
when you contact the people and ask for a replacement your told that you will receive a refund of £3.00, a complementary, water free original artwork (electronic file) Valued at $20 we aim to ensure your satisfaction and we want to make things right for you, what a load of rubbish, if they wanted to make it right I would t have to write such a poor review, but here it is.
DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR MONEY.
I only gave 1 star because they don’t have an option for zero stars.

This place sent me a framed picture of the moon. It doesn't look like a moon. The frame was broken and they won't give me a return unless I ship it back to China.

Mi ero spaventata leggendo le recensioni negative, ma devo dire che la mia esperienza è stata super positiva! Spedizione velocissima, immagine della luna dorata con scritte perfetta e imballaggio sicuro che ha preservato la cornice che avevo scelto alla perfezione! Io consiglio questo sito! L’unica cosa magari negativa è il prezzo un po’ alto, ma per una volta che si acquista un pensiero così particolare, qualche euro in più speso non pesa così tanto.

I ordered a frame for my anniversary and it never arrived. After 1 email response never received any more contact. ZERO STARS!

Don’t buy nothing its a total scam. They present other as gold colored but its just really cheap yellow printing. Don’t waist money with them. Afther a complain they never answer

Like others I would give 0 stars if an option. I ordered 2 custom sweaters. Took over a month to arrive with fake tracking number. Only 1 sweater was in the package but was 2 sizes too small but listed as correct size I ordered, so sizing is way off. The quality was not good. It was not sweatshirt material but a shiny non stretchy material on inner and outer of sweater. And the color I ordered was wrong. I ordered yellow and it was neon green. Horrible company and would not respond to email. I even paid extra for additional personalization on sleeves. Waste of my 80 dollars. Would never shop here again

It's a shambles what you receive for the money!

Mine came with all the Perspex scratched I contacted them, they said it was packing only and no Perspex was supplied in the frame so basically you pay for the wood only?!?

When I challenged this miraculously the text appeared on their site to state that the Perspex wasn't included and only part of the packaging, wasn't there before I went through every word!

Honestly use Etsy for things like this where the products are higher quality and the customer service is much better!

ho aspettato tantissimo per ricevere il mio ordine in quanto, a seguito di una mia prima mail di lamentele, mi era stato detto che si era smarrito o rotto...
bene, ho ricevuto questo pacco qualche giorno fa dove all'interno c'era una stampa (unica cosa illesa, fortunatamente) con una cornice tutta rotta e comunque di pessima qualità!! Il tutto pagato € 60!!!! Vergognosi

If I could give zero stars I would! Very disappointed!!! Took a month to arrive and then the plexiglass is all scratched and I can’t hardly see through it the wood frame I selected is actually plastic. And it’s just a paper print out behind the scratched plastic frame. Why didn’t they use glass. Now I have to go spend $30 on a frame for my paper print out. For $50 completely not worth it.

They put the wrong moon phase for my children and when I asked them to correct it they told me I have obsessive compulsive disorder and should see a doctor.

I received the moon order photo for my daughter. The frame is completely cracked in two at the top middle and one of the moons is really dark.im pretty sure it wasn't an eclipse when my granddaughter was born. I'm just hoping the replace the frame or issue partial refund for the damaged item.
