No one has contacted me through the email. My mom just passed away, so for my sister for mother's day I got her a canvas of what the moon looked like on the night me my brother and sister were born. No one has still contacted me of what the moons were going to look like. Once I receive my order and if it doesn't look good I will contact my lawyer and Business Bureau. It's ashamed that I can't even get an email, or a message back on Facebook to make sure my picture that I bought looks good. I spent quite a bit of money to not be able to see what it looks like.

This site is a scam. The canvas looks like the size of a child but is barely the size of a paperback book. This site needs to be banned for the internet.

No you have not fulfilled my order which I placed on the 12th April nor have I had any update to my many emails.

This company sells products that looks different from what is on their website. Then a moon frame arrived broken. They wanted to refund €5 for the inconvenience when the cheap quality product was worth €45. In my opinion the actual product cost is just €5 for the poor quality. Then they replied to just send a replacement which is for sure easy for them to do since it's a cheap quality. For sure then can produce a lot of items with €45 so replacing it is not a problem. But I wanted a full refund for a defective and cheap quality product.

Also this shop doesn't mention where their location is. No phone number to call. Clearly this is a scam and who know they might be stealing customers personal information especially credit card.

If I could give this site less stars I would! Avoid at all cost, absolutely shoddy goods, nothing like what you see on the website, their customer service is atrocious, refused me a refund unless goods returned, purchase cost $69.99 took 2 months to arrive and was nothing like advertised goods, On contacting them I was told to return goods at my cost ($35.00) for a refund? So pay in total $105 to get a $69 refund, great scam. Now going through PayPal to get refund. Have picture of the Moon phase item and it doesn’t even look like the moon😡

I ordered a Image of the moon for my husbands 60th birthday, it took a long time to arrive and when it did it was nothing like the true image. This firm is a complete scam. I've asked for a refund but as of yet I've heard nothing. I've said one star but really I wouldn't even give them that. So angry

I ordered a picture from Customlikes for Valentine’s Day. I got an email confirming the purchase and shipment. It has been 2 months and the shipment is being sent all over the US, “unable to find address”. Knowing I put my address in correctly, I have been attempting to contact the company. 3 emails later and I still have not heard from them. I fell for a scam and lost $75. Beware of this company!

Ordered a birth flower picture for my mother in law for Christmas.
It took 3-4 weeks to finally arrive and when it did I discovered I had received the wrong picture with the wrong flowers/names.
I tried contacting the company several times for an exchange/refund and never heard back.
The picture itself was beautiful which made it even more irritating that they didn't right their wrong.
Not to mention messing up someone's Christmas present - or any kind of present for any special occasion - and not taking responsibility for it is just wrong altogether.

Straight up fraud!! I received a tracking number for USPS, but USPS has never received a package with that number. I’ve asked for a refund and was told to wait longer and see if it arrived. There’s no phone number to call and the email response looks like it came from some 3rd graders computer. DO NOT buy anything from these people. Can’t believe I fell for this trash.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a moon customized picture in the beginning of January and it’s the middle of February and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent over 12 emails to this company to which I’ve gotten no response. They’ll send me back an automated email saying they’ll get back to me as soon as possible. I get the same email over and over I would never buy anything from this company ever again.

Terrible!!! DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! I paid for my item and it never came. The tracking link that was send is fake …when I click on it I receive an error message. Then when I go to the website I receive an error message. I’ve attempted to contact the seller twice using the email sent to me in my order confirmation email…never heard back. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

I ordered a jumper for my sisters birthday on 22nd January. Still haven’t received it and unable to contact the company.

Placed an order on February 1st after seeing ads for custom frames on Facebook and Instagram. Said shipping ng amd delivery would arrive before February 14th. It's now February 11th and the tracking link i was sent not only doesn't work, but their entire site is closed down with no way to contact the company. It wasn't until I came across Trust Pilot that I started seeing the company wasn't legit and not even US based even though the ad says "ships fast from the US". Getting sick and tired of social media sites just allowing anyone to advertise on their apps without actually vetting them for legitimacy or even getting a product to ensure it's not a scam before allowing them to sell to millions of people who get duped by their false advertisements.

Not only did the item, which I bought for my childs birthday, come late, it was completely destroyed. When I opened the package, it looked like they stomped on it, then played frisbee with it. Not happy at all.

I received my daughter's gift after waiting 3 weeks. Only for it to be completely damaged. I have reached out but have not received anything about an exchanged photo.

Company will not answer communication at all. Never received merchandise. Had to contact my bank to refund and credit my credit card.

I would put ZERO stars if I could. I placed an order on 11/27/23. I received the order and it was DAMAGED. I contacted the company within the 30 days as per policy. The ONLY message I have received from them was step by step instructions to have USPS replace my item. I contacted USPS. Since the company didn't ship 1st class. Which is 2$ MORE mind you. (Which would have come with insurance as well) USPS said that it was the companys responsibility. So back to emailing the company i went
They REFUSE TO ANSWER ME. I have reached out 6 times to have this issue resolved. I just want my order replaced, since it came DAMAGED. I'm now going through the bank to get my money back. SCREW this company. How dare you.

I ordered my custom flower frame on Dec 09. It is now 19 Jan and still no delivery and the shipping status just says ‘Shipment information received’ as of 10 Dec. I got responses from the company via email 2 weeks after the order to see what ‘shipment information received’ means and they said there was a problem with logistics and it would be resolved. Now no more answers from the company and no product delivery. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! SHOP LOCAL! For this hassle, I’m sure someone closer to home could make something for you!

Absolutely horrible. I placed an order on November 27, 2023 for two different frames and even paid for expedited shipping. I was only given one tracking number but they separated my frames and I have only received one if them and that was over a month after ordering. I have been emailing the company non stop to find out where the other half of my order is and no one will return my emails at all. Do NOT order from this company they are horrible and will rob you of your money.
