Zero Stars!! Placed an order on 11/28/23 and have not received the order/item. Despite three emails to the email address on the website, I have had no response from the company. Such a disappointment.

I would give them zero stars if possible. Order my item on December 7th. They charged my credit card but I never received a receipt, email confirmation or order number. Reached out to them via email and no response. Haven’t received anything so I disputed the charge with my bank. STAY AWAY!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Paid for the fastest shipping and my order came 3 weeks late! The product is low quality, and not worth the money. 0 Stars!!

Shocking.

Ordered my mum a frame for Christmas, overly priced too. It arrived, but one of the names was misspelled. I checked my order and it was spelt correctly. The frame was also the incorrect colour! I emailed them the day I received it, no response, chased an update a few days later, nothing. Emailed again, nothing. Messaged them on instagram, nothing.

Wouldn’t bother ordering from them the absolute rob dogs.

SCAM DO NOT ORDER. I paid extra for Expedited shipping & my order has still not even shipped. I’ve requested a refund multiple times. Email responses are in Chinese characters with no resolution. I doubt I will ever get this item. Will be disputing the charge through my bank.

STAY AWAY!!!!! What a scam!!!!!! This is not a legitimate company. Placed an order on December 6th, paid for expedited delivery, nothing!! I have reached out 4 times and have never heard anything from them. They stole $75 from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

My order was misspelled and I have not heard back. I ordered a drawing of flowers to represent the months of birthday for me and my siblings for my mother for Christmas. I received the order, and noticed one of my sister's names was misspelled! I verified my order confirmation, and I did in fact spell it correctly. I immediately emailed them asking how I could exchange for a corrected painting. I included my order confirmation and a picture of my delivered order to show the misspelling. After a week of no response, I emailed again, demanding a refund. I still haven't heard anything back. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. Save yourself the wasted time and money!

They do not respond to emails. I ordered this a month ago, paid for 5 day shipping. It's still showing preparing order and it's been almost 4 WEEKS. Sent many emails, no response to any. This company is a scam and I'll be disputing payment with credit card company.

The company is a complete joke and I feel so embarrassed that I didn’t research it better. Just like every other review that I have read now I have never gotten my order and have now sent 2 emails with zero response. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my mother in law. I will dispute this with my credit card company and try to get my money back.

Stay far away and do not order from this fraudulent company. Placed an order on 31 October and expected delivery 7-14 business days later. I reached out via email on 19 November to request an update, no response. Fast forward, I reached out again early this week as the item still has not even shipped according to the order details. Again, no response. Stay far away.

Spent $70 on a gift and paid extra for expedited shipping. Popped up as an ad on Facebook and I mistakenly didn’t look into the company before purchasing (something I NEVER typically do, but did this time). Was “guaranteed” to arrive in a week. Nada. Reached out to the website and heard nothing back. I’m infuriated. Beware.

SCAM! Website looked legit, I ordered a custom blanket. No confirmation, no email responses back.

Ordered on 11/29. I received an email on 12/9 that it had been shipped. However, when clicking on the track shipping button provided, it does not provide a shipping #. I reached out via email 12/11 to inquire on the order and indicated that a shipping # was not included and referred to the company’s shipping policy and timeline. No one has responded. I plan to seek a refund if I do not hear back by Monday. Super disappointed as the order is for my mother and mother-in-law for Christmas. I wish I had researched the company much more thoroughly before purchasing. I feel foolish as I am typically much more caution regarding online purchases, but hope this review will help others be aware.

Scam. Absolutely do not buy from this company.
Only relieved 1 of the 2 items I ordered and it was heavily damaged. No response from customer service. Ended up disputing the charges on my credit card.

Scam Company. Buyer Beware. Ordered 3 shirts, received only 1. No correspondence as they wouldn’t answer. Had to get a refund through PayPal. They turn off comments on all their posts so customers can’t warn others.

I would have given them zero stars as possible. I ordered a custom print more than 2 weeks ago it should be in my hands by now. And of course there is absolutely no phone number for them. I've emailed them several times with no responsible. I feel incredibly scanned and embarrassed

I ordered this on the 27th. I paid for shipping that would mean it was here on the 8th. It never came. My emails have ALL been ignored. My money is gone. And the whole thing is a scam ! So many people not getting any replies or communication. Then not getting the good they have paid for !!!!! Please stay away from this scam!!!!

I ordered a sweatshirt and actually did receive it. But, it was missing the name on the sleeve that I paid extra for and the print on the chest was crooked. I have reached out to them for help twice and still haven’t got a response. Not happy, but I will update if the resolve my problem.

Wish I could give them ZERO stars! Stay away! The order took weeks to arrive. When I received the sweatshirt hoodies I quickly saw that they weren’t actually sweatshirts AND the print on the shirts wasn’t what I even ordered! I have tried contacting the company 3 times so far and have received no response.

I got my custom sweatshirt however it took about 2 months to arrive and was coming from China. That was my first red flag that this was not what it said it was. The site states that it is a small business and it most certainly is not. The product is what it was advertised as however the embroidery is different and definitely not hand made. A rip off of another small business; you’ll get the item but it won’t be as high quality as shown in the picture.
