I recently had a glass balustrade installed on our outdoor balcony, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented throughout the whole process.

The quality of the glass and finish is absolutely superb — it has completely transformed the look of our balcony and given it a modern, elegant feel while still feeling very safe and secure. The installation was carried out efficiently and with great care, and everything was left spotless afterwards.

What really stood out was the customer service. Communication was excellent, every question was answered quickly, and the team genuinely cared about delivering a perfect result.

I am beyond delighted with the final outcome and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering a glass balustrade installation.

I recently used Cut-To-Size Mirrors for my new house project in Bedfordshire, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The bespoke mirrors they supplied are absolutely beautiful and have really elevated the look and feel of the space.

What stood out just as much as the quality of the mirrors was the team who came to install them. The lads were fantastic from start to finish—professional, friendly, and clearly very skilled at what they do. Their workmanship was incredibly clean, neat, and tidy, and they took real care to make sure everything was finished to a high standard.

It’s not always easy to find tradespeople who combine great products with such attention to detail and respect for your home, but these guys really delivered on both. I would highly recommend Cut-To-Size Mirrors and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future glass projects in my home.

I ordered a mirror in November and I still haven’t received it in late February. I was informed I would receive a credit and the order cancelled. No refund received. I have initiated a chargeback with my card provider. Don’t use.

If you want to lose money and be stressed use this company.
I ordered splashback on 16th Jan. Received call 28th to say delivery 4th Feb. Nothing arrived. Company not responding to email, landline and they have blocked me on their mobile. They operate under lots of names with same contact details. Scammers indeed.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!
I purchased a mirror and did not receive it. I have emailed and tried to call the number on the website but no response. The voicemail says a different website (splashback.co.uk). SCAM!!!!

Although delivery of my item was somewhat slow as I was out of their delivery area which they normally did not cover, they agreed to deliver as they had already made the mirror.
I had a conversation with Brian who advised of the problem with delivery and he was sorting this out and would contact me the following day. Unfortunately Brian did not contact me although I said if I was not available on my mobile to send a text or email and I would respond (no text or email from Brian).
I even offered for them to cancel the order and refund me but was advised the order would be delivered.
I had to chase the item up twice before and on the delivery date (05/12/2025) and the Item was eventually delivered after 5:30pm on 05/12/2025 by John which was not a problem ( great delivery guy, nothing was too much trouble).
Although the acceptance of the order and delivery was somewhat a bit of a mix up the quality of the item was excellent.
I would recommend this company but delivery and communication with the customer needs to be improved (I.E. the customer should not have to chase the items up that they have ordered and paid for).

Ordered my mirror last week and was delivered today. What a quick turn around and great quality. Driver carried this into the house for me and was really helpful and polite. 100% recommend and would use this company again

Ordered on the Tuesday, was recieved on the following Monday, driver was lovely and even helped me carry it in the house. Punctual and kept in touch about the deliveries. 100% recommend.

Start to finish very pleased, hassle free, very professional and would recommend to family & friends.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Ordered my mirrors for my bathroom & WC i was a bit unsure on what size I needed to order, so I called this company and they came out and measured for me and even offered me a fitting service for a extra cost which I took. I was a bit pessimistic as there was no reviews on the company but I am huge believer in giving everyone a chance, and I am so glad I chose this company to supply and fit my mirrors. I would highly recommend this company to any one. And I will definitely use this company again!!
