The technology is correct in terms of a fully fledged integration (Aggregators- Deliverect - POS), they have solutions and workarounds for any challenge. The platform is always updated with new features but they don't inform their clients about it. The team is very smart (Aravind, Andy, Tej, Maiada thank you guys!!) Leila is very professional and I like how she follows up on every single task or concern.
What is frustrating me honestly is the support after working hours and during weekends (response is very late, no high level support). This is really frustrating me and the operations team when all your delivery business rely on the integration and you don't find the right and instant support when needed. If you solve this challenge, I will delete the last part of my feedback and rate you 5 stars instead of 4.
Just hire more people like Tej, Aravind, and Leila ❤️

Delivery is a major part of our F&B business, receiving orders from all delivery aggregators in one platform and send it directly to the POS reduces most of the punching mistakes which can happen from the cashier, make the reconciliation process easier for the finance team.
Deliverict have a grate progect implementation team, and wonderful after sale support.

Being a techie, I am absolutely impressed with what Deliverect has been able to do for us. Initially I was quite skeptical as technical integrations require all parties to be fully engaged and involved. Nevertheless, it appears that Deliverect has hit the nail on the head in terms of what they’ve been able to accomplish with all the aggregators. It was a seamless integration that was absolutely painless with all the aggregators except for one of them, who shall remain nameless. In addition, for Deliverect to be fully integrated to our POS Simphony is quite accomplishment.
For a client, just getting rid of all the aggregators tablets in each outlet is fantastic.
From the beginning the whole process including the onboarding and project management was flawless.
We will definitely integrated the rest of our restaurants into Deliverect in 2024.

Our recent venture into the restaurant business saw rapid growth, expanding from a single establishment to over 100 within a span of less than 18 months. Deliverect's platform ensures precise routing of orders to the appropriate restaurants, and the management of special pricing as well as product availability/unavailability is effortlessly handled within the Deliverect Platform itself.
