Having all your third party apps orders printing directly in your kitchen printers is very convenient but like everything related to food industry, there is always problems that needs immediate attention and unfortunately deliverect’s customer service it’s very disappointing since they don’t have over the phone Customer Service only by chat and when you have problems with their service you need help immediately but for the time that they answer the chat sometimes you get busy and if you don’t answer to them when they start chatting in a few minutes, they will just end the conversation assuming that you don’t need them anymore and you need to start over.

I've been a Deliverect customer for the past couple of years. Whenever I have a problem, the team are always on hand and a delight to work with and help solve any tech problems I may have. Tonight, Carlos came to the rescue to help resolve my menu publishing issue. He was helpful and informative and quickly identified the problem allowing the issue to be fixed.
