I've read a number of negative reviews on Ducky Luck casino, people saying it's a scam etc ..but I'm here to differ with those reviews on the grounds of my personal experience. I have not played long at said casino, as a matter of fact I had only deposited $25 two times prior to me hitting a grand jackpot on 3eow wheels of $945 and I at first thought no way they are not going to pay out, so I continued to play without even checking. I played it to $798 then I thought I should for kicks and giggles look up if it said withdrawal able, and to my surprize it did say withdrawalable, after verifying my ID they deposited my money into my btc wallet...it doesn't always work out that way but sometimes you get lucky! .

I have had a awful and confusing time trying to withdraw. I had been turned down withdrawals different times and for different reasons. Different agents gave different reasons why. I did the verification of my ID only to be asked again for it. Then when I finally received a check I was unable to cash it at my bank per the teller. Lucky Duck will only put it back in my account although I'm sure would be the same end result. I have contacted the support team multiple times. I would not invest another dime there.

Slowwwwww payouts
I am a VIP player. At this point I'm considering waiting on my latest round of winnings and not playing anymore. The time frame for withdrawals is terrible. For the highest tiered players using the fastest methods cash out time is 3 "business" days. So I won some money on Wednesday evening and wanted to cash out. I was just told by a host, cheerfully, that my money will be here by Tuesday. If you want your winnings in your account the same WEEK you won, you better win on a Monday or Tuesday.
The answer from the casino is always the same about posted time frames and blah blah. They act like 72 hours *minimum* is good service. There is no explanation or compensation for why in a 24/7 computer ran world it should take any real time at all.
A host will gleefully explain you well be waiting almost a week for your money, but no one week tell you why. It's like the servers that receive deposits are Deep Blue super computers and the ones processing winnings are Commodore 64s.
