Great product
The mattress makes the bed so much more comfortable! Great product and great service. It’s at the top end of pricing, but it’s definitely worth it if you can stretch to afford it.

Happy campers ….
Duvalay was recommended to us by the company who sold us our camper van earlier this year. We have downsized from a motorhome with a fixed bed, to a van where we have to make up the bed/s so wanted to ensure a comfortable nights sleep
We ordered two Duvalay sleeping bag systems, one terracotta in the freshtec topper and one cappuccino in the foam topper. Realised after ordering that I meant to order the bundle as I would have had a spare set of ‘sheets’ and storage bags included
( I have since had to order separately)
Very pleased with them as they are very comfortable. However, I have found the foam mattress and 10.5 tog duvet quite hot, so need to order the 4.5 tog duvet for next summer. My partner found his Duvalay to be just right.
Not cheap, so get the order right at the start otherwise you lose out on any discount.
The only downside is that they are quite bulky when rolled up so this needs to be taken into consideration if you have limited storage space.

Hi Esme
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed and helpful review.
We’re delighted to hear that you’re both finding your Duvalay sleeping bag systems comfortable and that they’ve helped make the transition to a van with a make-up bed a more comfortable one.
Thank you also for your feedback regarding the warmth of the 10.5 tog duvet. Our range of duvet weights is designed to give flexibility throughout the seasons, so we hope the 4.5 tog option keeps you more comfortable during the warmer months.
We really appreciate your comments about pricing and storage too. Feedback like this is incredibly useful for us and for other customers considering their options.
Thank you for choosing Duvalay, and we hope you enjoy many more comfortable nights in your campervan!

My mattress topper has made the bed…
My mattress topper has made the bed comfortable. It had been too hard before even though it was 100 mm memory foam. My campervan is a wingaam 540.1 oasi and the manufacturer claims that the bed is comfortable! Not true without the duvalet! 😉

Efficient delivery of 2 essentials toppers. Straps weren’t there, I emailed to explain and got a very prompt response and the straps arrived a day later. Excellent service. Love the product which has made an incredible difference to our comfort in the motorhome. I thought we might have to sell it as sleep was so uncomfortable. Problem solved with the toppers. Fantastic customer support
We had a very positive experience with Duvalay and their customer service and support. Through my personal ineptitude I made an error in our order- which we were paying for express delivery.
I phoned Duvalay, I got to speak to a person!! And got my order amended- and still able to meet our express delivery timelines.
The customer service person who helps me was very understanding and helpful.
And the product (Duvalay 5cm Evotech Sleeping Bag) is fantastic; really comfortable and revolutionised our Campervan sleeping experience!

Need to pick up straight away
We were on a 3 week tour in our campervan, and finding the bed a little hard we made an appointment at the Duvalay factory to try out and buy two mattress toppers. After trying various ones, paying for them and expecting to take them away there and then. We were disappointed that they had to be made, then sent to us. We had to continue our holiday on uncomfortable beds. They did agree to send them to our sons who we were visiting the next week. The mattress toppers have really made a difference to our now comfortable beds, just wish we could have picked them up straight away.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re pleased to hear that, after trying the different options at our factory, you found the right mattress toppers and that they have made such a positive difference to the comfort of your campervan bed. We’re also glad that we were able to arrange delivery to your son’s address while you were continuing your tour.
We’re sorry, however, that you were disappointed not to be able to take the toppers away with you on the day. We completely appreciate that, having made a special journey to our factory during a three-week tour, you were expecting to be able to use them straight away, particularly as you were already finding the bed uncomfortable.
Our factory location is primarily a showroom and is not operated as a retail shop with finished stock available to take away. Our mattress toppers and other products are hand-made to order, which allows us to ensure they are made to the correct specifications and to the high standard our customers expect. Most customers are very happy to know that their product is being made specifically for them, although we appreciate that in your circumstances the lead time was understandably frustrating.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. We’re delighted that the toppers have ultimately transformed the comfort of your bed, and we hope they help you enjoy many more comfortable nights away in your campervan.
