I bought an initial chain for my niece the wrong letter arrived I contacted customer service within 1 working day I had a reply and within 3 I had a replacement. I am very happy with the chain and the customer service. The presentation is beautiful and will make a fabulous gift. Thank you.

Bought a chain with enitial, also got free hoop earrings.
Firstly the packaging alone was stunning, made the whole gift look super expensive. The chain is also beautiful and the hoop earrings too. Would never believe they both were less then 50 euro

Packaging is lovely and free stud earrings are a little on a small side,I saw hoops were the free option with other initial necklaces which would have been a nicer option because of their size,be nice to have the option of which style customer would like.

This is my 2nd time to get chains from Dylan oaks, delighted with both, beautiful gifts for my daughters, great quality.

Purchased a bar chain recently in liffey valley store. On returning home i found 2 names crooked, a scratch on the chain and one name upside down. I rang store and was told to contact customer service by email. They gave me the wrong email and i had to ring back again. Clearly staff havnt a clue and dont care. One star is too high even.

I bought two of the double heats necklace which are lovely had them both engraved but my god you’d need the biggest magnifying glass to see it
