Excellent service today repairing a leak in tje cold water tank. Engineer was brilliant and fixed it quickly.

He also made further suggestions for safety improvements which we have followed.

After no heating or hot water for over a week, booking mix up and getting desperate, Darren and Andrew turned up late afternoon, carried out tests and repairs late into the evening, giving us hot water and heating overnight, and returning to complete repairs, Darren and Andrew went above and beyond our expectations whilst working in our home, were clean tidy and respectful at all times, we cant thank them enough and the company should be proud that they are working for you, they will only enhance your reputation as a company, also to British Gas, and the quality of their trades people,

Excellent service from your engineer this morning, who carried out a CCTV drain survey at my property. Very professional, punctual and explained the process of the drain service. We were so lucky to have Jason Charlton sent as the engineer to resolve our leak as an emergency request through British Gas Homeserve. He was here within 2 hours of our call. He methodically and calmly investigated the issue to ascertain where the leak was coming from. Given the water was coming from under a skirting board by the kitchen door and had wetted the carpet, it was not obvious where the problem was. Jason systematically ruled out possible causes and identified the issue was with the cold mains pipe somewhere in the kitchen. Given he was under pressure to get to further jobs he arranged to return the following day. He gave full and comprehensive advice on what to do in the interim which gave us the necessary confidence and reassurance things would not get worse. We had to turn off the mains water under the sink but we were still able to use remaining taps and showers. As promised he returned the following day and once again calmly and systematically worked through his options and only when he was convinced did he start the work. He was so careful to only remove plasterboard that was necessary and within 30 minutes he found the leak. Within a further 1hr 30mins he had fixed the leak, tested it and job complete.
I was so impressed with Jason throughout the process, hence this comprehensive review. I want people to know how professional he was in his entire approach and how much confidence he instilled in me and my wife that he would get the job done. This was a very stressful incident for us but it was managed so well by Jason. I can only commend his expertise and attention to detail in a calm and positive manner. He was 5 stars for us!

I have used Dynorod on my previous house and was very happy.
Good communication on initial contact with the office. The technician turned up at his first call of the day. I showed him the man hole covers I had lifted so he could see where the partial blockage started. Cleared in a few minutes with a rod. The operative was polite and efficient. Still waiting for my emailed invoice though.

Bradley replaced the old seized valves on our radiators and changed them for new thermostat ones. He gave a friendly and efficient service, on completion he cleaned up and left everything tidy. Would use them again.

Rob Lee from Dyno solved a longstanding problem for me today. My kitchen sink blocks periodically, we thought we had unblocked it and it happened again and again and nothing seemed to solve it. Rob and his rods solved the problem very efficiently and he was so helpful and cheerful. I am really grateful because the problem was getting on my nerves ! Thanks Rob.

I would like to say a big thank you to Makayla H and Rob A regarding a CCTV survey I had at the beginning of October 2026, Rob you were so knowledgeable and patient with all my questions when you came to do the survey and Makayla many thanks for having the time to talk and the extra information you provided it was extremely helpful in proving a couple of problem water leaks affecting my property were not coming from my property, I had had a very stressful few months and you helped me to progress this situation and I cannot thank you both enough, thanks a million, Karen
