Excellent service from start to finish. The call handler was great, and the engineer even better. Clearly had understood the issue and began working on it straight away. There will need to be a follow up, but I know they will have it on hand

Quick, professional and friendly
Ian arrived on time and was quick, friendly, and professional. He listened to what I had to say about the issues we had and got to work. All sorted quicktime and he provided advice to help prevent further issues. 5/5 service and a decent amount cheaper than main rivals.

Prompt, professional and thorough serice
Booking was quick and thorough. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and polite, knew exactly what to do and put our minds at ease.
20 minutes later everything clean and cleared. Told us who to contact should it happen again as blockage area he cleard was some way further down the line.

I was booked today between 8:00-13:00. I didn’t expected for the engineer [ Mark] to arrived at 8 am which I was so pleased. It didn’t take him long to sort out my clogged drain. That’s the reason I’m given them a 5 stars rating and I can highly recommend this company. Very friendly and polite personnel as well.

Dyno-Rod came out for a blockage in the outside drain. The engineer was excellent he dealt with the problem and also sorting out the occurring problem that I’m having as this happens every couple of months

Called dyno-rod regarding a drain blockage, the guy came and unblocked the drain and told me the fault was due to a different house.
