Chris from Dyno-Rod came out to fix the blocked waste pipe situated in our kitchen. Waste water had been spilling out from under the washing machine for the last few days when any water was used in the house. It wasn’t the easiest pipe to get to and as you can imagine was not pleasant to work on. At first it wasn’t budging and he prepared me for the worst but he persevered and it finally cleared. He was a lovely guy, he went above and beyond to clean up after himself too, can’t fault him. Many thanks.

Chris from dyno rod came out today and fixed our blocked drains that other people failed to do only here 45mins all done.very polite,professional and friendly credit to your company all round nice guy.

Initially book Drain Doctor who said they would come the following day, they cancelled on me 30 minutes before they were to arrive. Contacted Dyno Rod and they came on the same day, they even phoned to see if they could attend earlier. The gentleman who attended was very polite, helpful, explained everything and was understanding to my elder father's needs. Would definitely recommend!

Do not use these! 2 days without water whilst we waited around for an emergency call out for a drain overflowing. Told it would be that day. Notified driver had problem with vehicle, so waited for 6 hours to see if resolved. Told no other person could come and we would be the morning of the next day. The next day no communication - we contacted and said we were on the list. No further communication unless we contacted and they couldn't give a time. Said we were bolted on last to the list and no further updates. 4pm we cancelled as had waited around for 2 days and left without ability to use water in house. Total shambles of a company!

I rang late morning, and someone was here to see me early this afternoon to fix the problem. Great guys and would 100% recommend.

The guy was polite, worked hard to open man hole cover, due to cover stuck, cleaned the blockage.

I was happy with service the men were very polite and explained what they were doing they solved the issue but then told me I had to get hold of Welsh water to solve the problem as I would always have a problem

A big thank you to the lovely guys who carried out a CCTV drain survey today on a house we are looking to purchase. Despite the current owners abhorrent and obstructive behaviour they assisted us in every possible way that you were able to. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

He patiently answered all my questions and put up with me standing over him as he checked our drains. He also cleared debris and explained how the whole camera survey worked. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Thankyou very much for coming out.

The guys were excellent and sorted out my drainage problem quickly, efficiently and professionally. They also took the time to explain the ‘why’ of things so I could at least understand what may lead to future issues. So chuck in patience and generosity of knowledge and experience as some of their other positive attributes. The person who handles their bookings lost them the other star…

After spending loads out on different company’s and being ripped off , dyno rods found the problem 10 minutes after being at our property, two gentlemen that came out couldn’t have done enough! Will definitely be using again, thank you so much for your help ! Highly reccomend 👍

Problem solved quickly.
It cost £190 but Dyno Rod made this clear in two phone calls so one can hardly complain. The call centre was also very efficient.

Polite, helpful service when making appointment. George rang first thing on morning of appointment to inform me of time. He arrived promptly and was pleasant, totally professional and explained clearly what he was doing. Very efficient. Now awaiting Report.

Absolutely outstanding, very quick. Explained the problem and passed on to Welsh water. Within half an hour of him leaving my property Welsh water made an appointment with me straight away.
