Warren quickly identified the source of the problem, an unusual failure of a valve. He was able to source a replacement locally and fit it.
He was pleasant to have working in the house, kept me informed of progress and did an excellent job.

Excellent all round, was able to get a same day appointment, the engineer worked very efficiently and sorted our (quite serious) drain blockage out very quickly using some sophisticated equipment. There was also the comfort of transparent / fixed pricing. All in all, fantastic and a huge relief for us.

Nick ‘O changed a faulty cartridge in our bathroom hot water tap and replaced a pop-up waste mechanism with a minimum of fuss. Nick is professional, friendly and efficient and I would be happy to recommend him.

When you've got an emergency plumbing issue, it can be very stressful, especially when there's a leak and water is seeping through a ceiling! I had a wonderful plumber at my door 1.5 hours after making the call. Rowan was super friendly and reassuring and carried out the job quickly and efficiently. I am extremely grateful that Dyno -Rod can provide top quality assistance at such short notice. Excellent!

We initially had a not so great experience with a dynorod engineer. I suspect he was quite new or inexperienced. The first engineer left suddenly without taking payment which was strange. We then found out he hadn’t resolved the problem and didn’t know what to do. I contacted dynorod, slightly confused as he had left and we were uninformed why. Customer service were very apologetic & also seemed a little taken aback, but promptly passed me on to a manager, Stuart.

Stuart dealt with the situation, politely & professionally. He promised a call the following morning at an allocated time. True to his word we received the call and he had a plan of action & took responsibility for the blip the day before.
A further call out was promised that morning with a call ahead of arrival.

Jakob & Paul Kay were sent to resolve the problem, even from their first call to say they were on their way I felt so much more assured. On the phone Paul was polite, confident and sounded positive.
On arrival both men were very professional, took the time to listen and understand and assured us that there were various solutions & measures that could be taken. A great relief.
They were patient while we waited for a neighbour who had also been affected, and who also had a good understanding of the pipe work, as he had lived at the address for 40 years.

They used skill, experience and great initiative and resolved the problem quickly. We were very grateful to them for helping us and to Stuart for their quick response and assistance with this seemingly big problem to us.

I would definitely recommend dynorod due to their excellent service. It was such a relief and very refreshing for someone to take responsibility for a problem and find a plan of attack to work towards a solution. Thank you 🙏

Kevin phoned to confirm arrival time and was on time. After an inspection and confirming the drain directions the rodding cleared the drain. Once clear the area was washed down and left clean and tidy. Great job thank you.
