I received a prompt call soon after logging a fault with my home insurance company by a friendly agent. The engineer came next day. He was very cheery and helpful. My only negative comment was that I would have appreciated an approximate arrival window for the engineer.

Had the nightmare experience today of raw sewage coming up out of the loo and all over the bathroom floor. Dynarod were able to get someone out to me in just over an hour.

Lewis not only fixed the blockage that caused the flood but also cleaned up the bathroom floor. I’m so grateful as I don’t think I could have done it myself without vomitting! He was also very calm and reassuring when I wasn’t at my best. I would definitely use the company again.

Jon was extremely polite and thorough. Despite the awkwardness of my drains he persevered, found the blockage and fixed it. He then ensured he replaced everything carefully and left our downstairs toilet clean and tidy. Finally he left his card so I could contact him if there were any problems. Thank you Jon!

We needed our water cylinder replacing, a big job so 2 engineers attended- Rob and Sam Spry.

Both delightful characters, polite and personable.

Rob went after an hour or so, Sam stayed all day.

Made a booking online arranging for an engineer to unblock my outside drain. Quick and easy to sort. Brian came out a few days later, he called before arriving to make sure I was home and quote a price, he quickly unblocked my drain and advised me on how to prevent further problems. Friendly and efficient service.

The engineer Jacab Deakin was superb very professional, clean, efficient and knowledgeable.
Made a crisis simply go away cannot praise him enough

Great experience. Fast service. They were able to look at the issue in the same day.

Kieran Poynter visited twice and completed the job properly which was not done by previous engineers. Recent visit was on 21-Sep-26 to replace the taps. He replaced taps and checked there was no leakage and confirmed everything is good and clean.
Recommend him for my future visits as well .

The engineer, Simon Peters, to advise he would be with me in 15 minutes. On arrival he identified the problem and fixed it!
