Nick ‘O attended a call out as we had…
Nick ‘O attended a call out as we had no cold water. He amazingly identified the issue and discovered that unbeknown to us, the water meter had been changed that day. The issue we had was a direct result of this and advised us to call out our water provider to resolve.
He then went on to fix 2 other non related issues. He really went over and above. Thank you Nick

The booking process was quick and easy. Someone came to unblock our sewer line. They visited our property within a short time of us making the booking. The job was done efficiently though the person forgot to put the hosepipe neatly into its place. Otherwise good job was done.

My drain was blocked
My drain was blocked, it was full and the guy that came out done a perfect job. He left mine at 6pm after he unblocked and cleaned up.
My drain blocks regular and i hope i get him every time i phone the council to unblock my drains.

Brilliant service
Contacted Dyno-Rod online Saturday evening and a nice man arrived the following morning. The issue was quite big and so a tanker was arranged for the following day and the problem sorted. The agreed fixed price was charged, very friendly staff, respectful of my home. Would definitely recommend.

We had a leaky bathroom sink
We had a leaky bathroom sink, and the sink had been glued onto the bathroom tiles rather than screwed into the wall.
We had one plumber come and tell us we would need to smash the sink off the wall and buy a new one, he also said this could break the tiles in the process.
Then along came Mark King from Dyno, he was able to saw the existing sink off the wall and replace the fittings with no mess and no broken tiles. I was so pleased. Mark also changed washers on my bathroom and sink taps, he also reccommended a lovely new replacement kitchen tap as my other one was broken. Mark basically fixed all my plumbing issues in one visit. He was amazing and im so pleased with his work. If i have any work in the future im going to ring the Dyno office and ask for Mark again.

No charge when problem resolved itself.
Contacted Dynorod as toilet slow to drain and the relevant drainage chamber outside was full of water, indicating a blockage. I had waited a few hours to see if it cleared itself, it hadn’t. A call-out was easily arranged online and Luke arrived as scheduled, calling when 15 minutes away. When he lifted the manhole it had cleared itself! He checked another manhole further down the line and all clear there too. A bit of paperwork and couple of photos later he was on his way with no charge made as no work needed. Was very pleased - having had previous experience of a horrible drain blockage I didn’t want to delay calling when there was a blockage, but great that there was no call-out charge when it self-cleared and no intervention was needed.
