Excellent carpet fitters very friendly

Utterly abysmal. I didn't have fitting straight away, due to health issues within the home. My account was paid in full before I booked fitting. First their fitter arrived with carpet spray adhesive for fitting a lino floor onto concrete. They rushed the job were completed in 40 minutes, & managed to completely massacre the job. I could of trimmed it & done it better myself. Horrendous job many areas of damage hidden by them. He did not get paid & easipay admitted fault & promised to replace the whole lot. Having lost all faith in their 'qualified' fitters, I asked for delivery so I can get a fitter myself that will do it properly. 1st delivery, cancelled by easipay the day of. 2nd time emptying the room & had to cancel my fitter. 2nd delivery fitter tried charging for delivery even though that wasn't the case. Now have to await manager call as no one sees willing to refund my money.
Update 'goodwill' payment eventually accepted as I had truly had enough & no longer wanted anything other than my money back

Done nearly all of my house now high quality carpets polite and friendly service and convenient monthly payment! Wouldn’t go with anyone else now!

From the salesman to the 2 lads that fitted the carpet been brilliant can't recommend it enough to friends and neighbors plus definitely come back and get another carpet for elsewhere in the house.

Fitters were very good and professional.
Left no mess.
Flooring looks great.

Well..to start I was given the wrong number to contact the fitter on the day, I managed to sort that. Then the flooring wasn’t delivered to the fitter on the day, not his fault. The customer service, although understanding, couldn’t give me an update. It’s now day 2 10:10am and apparently the fitter will be with me soon…communication needs to be better between the fitters and EasiPay and the customer. Apparently the fitter told EasiPay his new number a few times…

As with 1st time I used easipay carpets,call staff were helpful and polite,Andy who came round to measure up was helpful and explained the process (including price and and fitting.Chris and he's people arrived on time and did fantastic job.

Great workers and top customer service highly recommend and especially June that deals with all of my appointments and picking the right flooring/carpets for my property

Turned up on the time they said, polite, cleaned up the off cuts put in bag and put next to bin. Great job done. Great service, good quality of carpet. Great we can pay weekly or more if we want.

Came with samples and listened to what I suggested and what i could afford monthly and helped me out
The fitters were very professional too and my carpet is very good quality and came with free underlay too.
Will be using them again for laminate flooring

Arrived on time got straight on fitting the carpet around my chair lift feet on each stair step they did a fantastic job which couldn't of been easy but these lads over come it and fitted my carpet it looks fantastic with my new decor thanks again to the lads for a great job done many thanks Mr L CONNOR

Easipay carpets , have many different carpets , vinyl different flooring to choose from , you get to pay weekly or monthly which is great if you can’t afford to pay carpet all at once , they come to your house and let you chose which one you want , the people are great when they came , also you don’t have to wait to long to get it fitted , i put an enquiry in it took 2 weeks to get it fitted , i would go with this company they very good at thier job

I received a very poor service. There was mistakes made from srarr to finish. A date was arranged for my vinyl to be fitted, frontroom had been cleared as requested. The first day of fitting no one turned up, I called the office was told they were coming. Called the fitter at 2pm he said he was on his way, an hour later still no one arrived. Called fitter again no answer made various calls to the office told someone was still coming. 5pm received a tx from another fitter apologising and said he would come the next day which wasn't suitable as I had taken the day off for the fitting.
2 weeks later the fitters arrived and put vinyl down.
On closer inspection after they left the bathroom floor had so many mistakes, the vinyl had not been fitted well, could see previous flooring around edges, behind the sink abit had been cut out then stuck back on and the join and the back of the toilet was overlapping.
Contacted the office again and provided photos as proof.
Waited 2 weeks for an inspection to be carried out, then it was decided they needed to lay a new piece.
Waites another week for this to be done and surprise surprise the fitters didn't turn up.
Finally after two months of original fitting date I had got my floors down.
The office were really good in trying to sort the problems out but unfortunately the fitters were the problem and rushed the jobs, and they don't seal the floors either which you don't get told, fitting a floor in a bathroom and not sealing it is going to ruin the flooring very quickly so had to get someone else to seal the floors.
