Easipay carpets , have many different carpets , vinyl different flooring to choose from , you get to pay weekly or monthly which is great if you can’t afford to pay carpet all at once , they come to your house and let you chose which one you want , the people are great when they came , also you don’t have to wait to long to get it fitted , i put an enquiry in it took 2 weeks to get it fitted , i would go with this company they very good at thier job

I received a very poor service. There was mistakes made from srarr to finish. A date was arranged for my vinyl to be fitted, frontroom had been cleared as requested. The first day of fitting no one turned up, I called the office was told they were coming. Called the fitter at 2pm he said he was on his way, an hour later still no one arrived. Called fitter again no answer made various calls to the office told someone was still coming. 5pm received a tx from another fitter apologising and said he would come the next day which wasn't suitable as I had taken the day off for the fitting.
2 weeks later the fitters arrived and put vinyl down.
On closer inspection after they left the bathroom floor had so many mistakes, the vinyl had not been fitted well, could see previous flooring around edges, behind the sink abit had been cut out then stuck back on and the join and the back of the toilet was overlapping.
Contacted the office again and provided photos as proof.
Waited 2 weeks for an inspection to be carried out, then it was decided they needed to lay a new piece.
Waites another week for this to be done and surprise surprise the fitters didn't turn up.
Finally after two months of original fitting date I had got my floors down.
The office were really good in trying to sort the problems out but unfortunately the fitters were the problem and rushed the jobs, and they don't seal the floors either which you don't get told, fitting a floor in a bathroom and not sealing it is going to ruin the flooring very quickly so had to get someone else to seal the floors.

The fitters arrived promptly and got to work straight away. Nothing was too much trouble and my kitchen floor was fitted within 30 mins. Excellent service and they even tidied up after themselves.

Had my flooring done and it is lovely will be having more done in the future my bathroom and kitchen very efficient and a nice tidy job thank you

Only bit of advice I’d give is read the small print it’s important. Other than that the after sales team were very helpful

Carpets fitted and very polite. They smelt of alcohol and refused to take the left over carpet and I gave them the money but ran off before I had chance to inspect the carpet properly. They was just like sigh there sing there. When I chance to look it was a proper bad job

We hit a sticky patch at first with furniture still in rooms it was looking we might of had to reschedule but Mani and his uncle went the extra mile for me and my family they fitted all 3 carpets which was brilliant work we are over the moon with the service the quality of carpet is fantastic and the price well you can't go wrong to be fair all in all absolutely brilliant 😁

They where quick at laying the flooring and arrived early and left the floor clean

Really easy process. Once measured up and quoted it was quick to get booked in for fitting. Laminate flooring fitted really quickly and it looks amazing - fitting team were very professional making sure I was 100% satisfied before taking payment and left area spotless

I wanted laminate flooring but got recommended vinyl flooring as its more hardworking if you have dogs was only down a month and my dogs manage to rip it up so obviously it was slightly raised in a corner for my dog to rip it up then I told them and they said if I want new flooring it will be extra on top of the £83 a month I'm paying for 6 months so I'll be paying £167 so basically I'm still paying for the flooring that didn't even last a month no discount nothing

Ordering the carpets was quick and easy. Good selection to choose from. Fitting was arranged quickly after first payment received. The fitters were fast and did a great job. Carpet and underlay is good quality.
Payment are fair.
Would recommend Easipay carpets and will be using again.
