There is no realtime update on whats going on. They sent my item to wrong neighbour country (asia). And its been there almost 2 weeks. How can logistic company sent to wrong country?
At first I thought I have lost my delivery, but I emailed them, and the same day I recieved an answer where I could pick up my parcel. Theres a lack in info, but there’s an e-mail to contact them

If a shipping company is going to mark an order delivered. And they haven’t delivered it. Then every time it happens I will seek out places I can review them and let people know what this company is good for. HINT… it’s not shipping or telling the truth. They outright lie to you and they don’t give a crap about it. Shame on you AMAZON for allowing this to occur on your platform. Enough is enough already.

Another unreliable service based out of China
If you are ordering from overseas, do NOT agree to this unreliable crook service. Package from Japan landed in Sydney Australia (according to their tracking) and nothing happened for 10 days, no matter how much I send emails, I get stock answer that team is looking into it. However, after 10 days, they backdated and updated tracking. package cleared customs in 2 hours and handed over to local courier who then returned the package undeliverable the next day and and returned to Sender. I harnessed the sender in Japan for follow-up and and after 3 days, they have been told that it was handed over to iMile (another Dubai based Chinese origin crook service, where drivers deliver in the night and simply throw the parcels to premises and that is only if they could be bothered). They will not deliver to a business premises at all but return the package saying not available to collect. I have sent sent atleast 15 emails to ECMS and tried calling them (never answer the phone).

Het is een goede koerier. Ik had bij Amazon Verenigde Staten de Jisulife Ultra 2 besteld en ECMS Express was de koeriersbedrijf dat het pakketje van de Verenigde Staten naar Nederland te brengen. Daarna werd het overgedragen naar DHL wat de last-mile koeriersbedrijf was die het thuis bij mij bezorgde.
It's a good courier company. I ordered a Jisulife Ultra 2 and ECMS Express was the first-mile carrier which transported the package from the United States to The Netherlands.
After that the package was transferred to DHL which was the last-mile courier which delivered the package to my house.
DO NOT use this company
WARNING. If I could rate a Zero I would have. Package lost in translation and never delivered.

This is a shipping service used by sellers to deliver products listed on Amazon. I ordered items on Amazon and this company was used by the seller to ship the items to my brother in Europe. He was not home when it was delivered. His front door camera registered someone at the front door. There was no note, as is normal for other delivery services. Nothing. Not left at the neighbors either. I asked for a replacement as the item was not received. This weekend my brother was working in the garden and found the package- it had been dumped into the bushes.

Very poor experience with ECMS Global delivery, especially when used by retailers like Stylevana.
I had a parcel worth €141.16 that was marked as delivered on 12 May, but I never received it. No household member received it, no neighbor received it, and no delivery notification was left at my address.
When I raised an investigation with the courier, the claim was declined solely on the basis that the tracking status showed “delivered.” No further evidence was provided. There was no signature, no recipient name, no delivery photograph, and no GPS confirmation showing where or to whom the parcel was actually delivered.
Stylevana relies on this delivery confirmation system to close customer complaints, even when there is no verifiable proof that the customer actually received the package. In my case, this meant the issue was simply closed without a real investigation.
For what using a horrible delivery company for expensive products? Don't buy from stores that use this company to delivery their products. You will ending up on the same frustration.

Ordered through Amazon Nov 25. Nothing delivered. Tracking said it was running late. Emailed ECMS twice with the order number. No response. Amazon said that too long had past and couldn't issue refund. A bit more complaining got me a refund on to an Amazon gift card.

ECMS - Non delivery of parcels
Non delivery of my Amazon Haul parcel which just sits at Heathrow London Airport.
Amazon Customer Services tried to get delivery by priority today but have no response to their contact either.
I shall try claim a refund from them. But Amazon you need to dump this company for deliveries as they do not comply.
