Resolving a Feed-in Tariff Issue
In November 2023 EEC installed a storage battery onto my existing PV system. The work was scheduled and carried out promptly and efficiently, and follow-up communication with the company was very good. More specifically, since that time I have been experiencing a problem in getting my solar FIT provision transferred from my previous energy supplier to my current one. This has been ongoing over several months, and stemmed from their repeatedly rejecting the schematic diagram of the battery system that had been provided to me by EEC. However, after I contacted EEC's Craig Ball things moved along very quickly, and I am now optimistic that the problem will soon be resolved. Mr Ball was most helpful when I spoke to him, and immediately acted on my concerns. I have generally been satisfied with the company as a whole, but it is mainly because of his prompt and efficient assistance that I have given a five-star rating.

Unfortunately on the day the panels were to be installed the heavens opened after a fine spell which put it back a day. Otherwise everything went well and was done exactly as I wanted. Solar Battery Purchase
I recently purchased a Solar Battery from EEC home improvements to accommodate my Solar panels that I purchased from them 7 years ago. As I have had no issues with the Solar Panels I had no hesitation in also Purchasing the Solar Battery from them. I can honestly say that the whole experience went very smoothly. I would also like to say that the Customer support team, especially Craig their Senior customer adviser was absolutely brilliant and was always available if there were any problems during and after the installation of the Solar Battery . EEC Solar I have been a customer for 10 years
Well I have been with this company now for 10 years. They installed our solar panels etc etc . was very happy with the work carried out and with the operatives that installed it. 5 years later we decided to go ahead and add batteries to the system. Again an operative came out and installed the batteries.
Since February I noticed that the system was not generating, so contacted eec to get the problem rectified. I was asked to reset the batteries and send photos of both the inverter in the loft and the batteries. This went on over a number of weeks, and I was getting fed up of the whole thing.
Then one Saturday morning I had A phone call. On the other end of the phone was a lovely lady by the name of Emily. She told me she had picked up my problem and she would be dealing with it. OMG did she deal with it she kept me in the loop every step of the way . Yesterday 16/04/2024 the phone went it was Emily telling me the inverter would be delivered and that the engineer was on his way. Sure enough 10 minutes later the inverter was delivered and Bronic ( i hope thats how you spell it) arrived and installed it. What a service. All I would say is Just ask for Emily Ormerod she is a DIAMOND and EEC are lucky to have her.

Great Service from ECC
We had a issue with our old inverter (which wasn't installed by this company) which needed replacing. We contacted ECC and Kevin Amos arranged for a new one to be installed. The fitters were very quick and efficient. Really happy with the service we received from the initial phone call all the way through to installation. We would definitely recommend this company.

Lewis provided great advice and professional courtesy during our deliberations on investing in Solar and Air source Heat systems. At the moment we have decided not to proceed and to take time to find out more information and experiences of others who have systems. Professional, prompt and not pushy
I requested a quote online through a site that automatically sent my details to the three closest companies who provided solar panels. Craig from EEC was in touch quickly and sent me through a quote within a day. We spoke a couple of times after that, he was helpful and not pushy at all, which made me want to do business with them/him. Although personal circumstances meant I was unable to move forward with an installation, this is the only company I would consider if my circumstances change - a refreshing experience!

5 kw battery
They installed a 5 kw battery to add to an existing 3kw battery for my solar panels. I have a 6kw system and it has made a big difference, storing enough energy with a little sun to cook tea and see me through the night.
The sales team were informative and helpful, the price fairly reasonable, installation was quick and it is working well. So far I'm very happy with it.
