Not received product yet but initial help has been fantastic.

Been in contact with the customer service at Elliker twice, and both times they have been very quick to reply and extremely accommodating! Thank you very much for the help and I would definitely recommend Elliker to others.

Purchased an Elliker Short Sleeved shirt from John Lewis and although I love the design of the product, the stitching in the sleeve started to come apart after only a few weeks of wear.

I reached out to the brand via their website and they e mailed me back asking for pictures of the defect which I provided straight away.

I waited 4 days and didnt receive any update. I chased for an update to be told that “the Team” were unavailable because they were out at trade exhibitions and on photoshoots.

I was told that trying to get a hold of the team “ was a bit of a nightmare “

I explained that this was frustrating to me as an existing customer, it felt like the brand was prioritising the promotion of the brand and new customers whilst forgetting about their existing customers.

I was then told to return my shirt to John Lewis which I did.

Not a great experience with Elliker, which is a shame considering they are a fairly new brand that are entering a heavily saturated market.

An update to this is that brand have reached out to me and I am happy with their efforts to resolve the situation. Good to see !

Incredible customer service. I had an issue and they resolved it quickly and transparently. They went above and beyond and I can definitely say it’s the best customer service I’ve ever experienced!

Great quality gear, fast shipping and hassle-free service.

Not waterproof. Looks nice, has nicely designed pockets and is light but after half an hour in the rain my laptop case was wet through, my paper notebook was sodden and the clothes inside the main compartment also had water on them. I had to make a work presentation with water stained trousers on! If you're a fair weather walker/ cyclist then go ahead as they are nice to look at but otherwise avoid!

I don’t currently own an Elliker product, as they don’t offer a bag that quite meets my specific needs. However, their customer service was excellent.
I reached out to ask if they had anything suitable, and they went above and beyond—sharing a series of photos in which they'd mirrored my needs, showing how their bags compared to what I was looking for. Importantly, at no point did they try to push or sell me something that wasn’t a perfect fit.
While I can’t comment on the products themselves, I can confidently say their customer service is first-rate. In my case, they were honest, helpful, and ultimately saved me from investing in something that wouldn’t have been quite right.

I had a problem with one of my bags because of some quality issues. But the customer service team helped me out swiftly and processed a refund without even asking for the bag back! I really like their bags and designs, but now I also really like their customer service!
