I made an error, ordering the wrong product. Christine arranged for the correct item to be sent to me at no cost to myself. Top notch service and top quality zip, delivered really quickly too. Couldn't be happier.

Terrible quality fabric, smelly and damp (this is fabric intended for use with baby blankets also) Refuse to take responsibility, trying to say it must have gained the smell in transit?
Seriously how stupid do they think people are?

Customer service is truly shocking, Christine is very rude and just couldn't give a toss quite frankly.

I ordered a fat quarter bundle of Tilda fabrics and when it finally arrived the fat quarters were clearly cut in house as they were all cut wonky, so will be short when straitened up.

I am very happy with Empress Mills service. Quick, smooth and effortless. I recommend the shop to all fabric lovers!
To be honest, I nearly resigned from buying from Empress Mills co.uk due to low Trustpilot rating. It happened however, that only Empress Mills had the fabrics I needed, so I decided to try anyway. Bearing in mind some of the negative reviews for example those mentioning stock being not available despite being advertised on the website, I decided to be careful, and I emailed the company asking about availability of the fabrics I needed. I got instant response. All the fabrics were available, and actually later, buying them I noticed that their online shop doesn’t allow buying more than is available. Very honest and useful feature.
The cherry on the top was speedy delivery. I got my order within 2 days and additionally I was given half a meter of fabric more than I paid for as it was the end of the bolt!
I can not think of better service. I recommend 👍

I ordered some faux suede from Empress Mills. It is so thin, see-through and cheap that I will throw it away and now I have to find some more from somewhere else in a hurry.

Great products for the price, the delivery only took a few days and was well packed and came with a hand written thank you. Overall quite brilliant.

Empress Mills offers a huge range of fabrics and notions and everything I've received has been very good quality with no problems whatsoever. I have on occasion contacted them by email and by phone for information or advice about products, and replies have been helpful and prompt.

empressmills.co just tried to charge my credit card as well. This is why many companies in the eye of Cybersecurity buy up simular domains to protect their reputation and stop scams/phish.

I do not know of this company, never heard of this company however, they tried to take a payment from my credit card and the credit card company declined it! Apparantly this company tried to put in attempts at wrong details. I have my card! I have now cancelled my card. BEWARE!!

Bitterly disappointed with goods received today.
Ordered two different lengths of zip of the same shade (545 Light Blue) to use on the same item
The smaller zip is so much lighter as if it has faded in the light, or the colour has washed out. Definitely not suitable for the intended purpose.

I placed a two part order and was contacted two days later to let me know that only one part was immediately available and did I want to cancel the second part or have a refund. I was assured that the second part of my order would be available and shipped to me within three weeks. It was! However there was a flaw in the item which I contacted EM about straight away.I was asked to send a photo if I could - which I did and the following week received a replacement. I cannot fault the service, both postal and telephone. Customer service is second to none as far as I am concerned. Saying that I ALWAYS receive great service from Empress Mills.

Inaccurate stock levels on their website. Placed an order to which I had to chase a week later as heard nothing to be told only part stock available and it would be 10 working days until they receive it! Agreed to send out part order for cushion pads. I then had to chase again a week or so after that as still hadn't heard anything to be told the supplier should now be able to send. They eventually turned up, over filled so much that they don't fit the covers properly, appalling finishing on the cushion pads, like they had rushed to make them and I am now not able to use them as the first batch were completely different and usable. Shocking customer service, shocking quality of goods and will NOT be using this company again! Really bad first experience - there are better companies out there so save your money as you'll most definitely be disappointed.

Ordering from Empress Mills is always a great experience. A huge amount of options and good, competitive pricing. If something I want is a little more expensive with Empress I will still order from them as I know that the service and delivery is top notch. Customer service is friendly, excellent and speedy when needed - I have added to my order when forgotten to add something to my basket and asked questions on the phone quite often!
I cannot recommend Empress Mills highly enough.

I contacted the help line to confirm the fabric I wanted, was in stock. The lady I spoke to, went out of her way to check the stock & quantity I required. She said she would look out for my order, & ship it asap. It arrived today. Excellent service, would highly recommend, can’t fault them.

This company has evolved into a 100% fantastic and reliable company. I have been making more orders with them than ever before and I have used them for very many years but lately they are better and better

They sell top notch quality and choice, I just bought some beautiful fancy elastic for skirt waistbands and am very happy. Delivery is very prompt now

I have had overlocking thread from them for a very long time, quality is best in uk and an immense variety of colours and quantities. Viseline was my last order and very competitively priced

I have not explored their fabrics yet but will do so soon

I've ordered twice in the last week, and they've had what I wanted and I've received my orders by the next day. Fantastic service. Will definitely use Empress Mills again and recommend.

I ordered 1 meter of fleece fabric on 05/08, nothing sent so after 8 days i sent email asking if item had been dispatched, NO REPLY. Waited a few more days then rang them, phone rang for ages before being answered, to be told the item is in picking (10 days after order placed). Promised to send 1st class which they did, but on opening item was cut very poorly, and not sure what tape measure they used but mine measured 95cm not 100cm as ordered. Will not use again after this experience. £11.50 is a lot of money for a piece of fleece which is too short.
