Excellent service by individual case worker at enact saved the day
We recently remortgaged using enact's services and are very happy with the service and support provided by Imogen Bowes at enact. I am about to lose my purchase because…
I am about to lose my purchase because no work has been done on my case in almost 6 weeks. They won't give me a date when they will so just being strung along in limbo. Really disappointed, by far the slowest conveyancing I have ever had.

Efficient
The whole selling of a leasehold is very painful but Sarah was excellent. I love the fact that every action she took on my behalf was updated on my personal portal. Enact were extremely efficient. They kept me updated at every stage. I would certainly use again .

Fantastic seevice…
This service made the conveyancing process so easy, typically I’ve spent time on the phone chasing solicitors for updates but everything was clear and progress easy to track. Imogen Bowes was responsive and efficient making sure any queries were picked up and resolved. I would definitely recommend the use of this service to others - takes the pain out of remortgaging!

I had a chap called Callum Steel handle my remortgage arrangements with Natwest. Very easy to deal with, prompt replies to my questions. I was asked to phone in at the final stages.. sorry, I can’t remember the ladies name that took my call, she was able to look at my case file and we confirmed the query Callum had ask. Mid purchase review
I posted a somewhat negative review about my initial experience with Enact. I think the onboarding could be improved to ensure timescales and the process are clearly discussed. Following my review Enact quickly responded and I got a call from my conveyancer going through where we were at, what they are waiting for and advising further documents are needed. The call was really helpful and probably quicker than relying on the messaging system which is quite hard to use on a mobile device. I was also advised my conveyancer was on annual leave recently. It would be helpful for this to be stated on the platform to set expectations in terms of replies or delays. The call has imoroved my confidene in the work that is being done, so thank you for responding quickly to my concerns.

Remortgage
Enact were used by Nationwide when I remortgaged with them. It was an online service but you can call them for help which I did. They were very helpful on every occasion. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.
