I had a chap called Callum Steel handle my remortgage arrangements with Natwest. Very easy to deal with, prompt replies to my questions. I was asked to phone in at the final stages.. sorry, I can’t remember the ladies name that took my call, she was able to look at my case file and we confirmed the query Callum had ask. She was extremely helpful, friendly and in all honesty, fun to deal with. This organisation is customer focused, professional and best of all, really pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

Mid purchase review
I posted a somewhat negative review about my initial experience with Enact. I think the onboarding could be improved to ensure timescales and the process are clearly discussed. Following my review Enact quickly responded and I got a call from my conveyancer going through where we were at, what they are waiting for and advising further documents are needed. The call was really helpful and probably quicker than relying on the messaging system which is quite hard to use on a mobile device. I was also advised my conveyancer was on annual leave recently. It would be helpful for this to be stated on the platform to set expectations in terms of replies or delays. The call has imoroved my confidene in the work that is being done, so thank you for responding quickly to my concerns.

Enact were used by Nationwide when I remortgaged with them. It was an online service but you can call them for help which I did. They were very helpful on every occasion. I would recommend them to anyone who asks and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

I looked into using Enact for the sale…
I looked into using Enact for the sale and purchase of my new property and took on Enact by reading mostly good reviews and as only a first time buyer and myself purchasing an empty property.so felt this be a straight forward case just the two of us , so felt quite positive about using Enact,
My purchase has been ready for exchange for several weeks now but my sale is dragging on and simple things don't seem to be getting the attention they should be my buyer solicitor needed to ask a couple of last minute questions,after the contract s had been sent to them for my sale and they forwarded those questions to my solicitor on the 22nd of August.I had contacted my solicitor s on the 18th to ask about how my case was going and they said they were chasing the other solicitors for answers to the contract s that had been sent to them .and they would continue to chase . So I left it with them for another week before chasing them again my self for answers to when this all could be concluded..I then contacted the chaser on the case for the the estate agents and they told me the other solicitors had raised two more questions for me to answer to my solicitor s .so I contacted enact to find out why I had not received these questions.they replied they had not received them, and then requested them to be resent again .and I know they were then received that same day 2nd september.and thought they would have been given some priority to get them out to me but after a few days I had not received anything again I messaged Enact back again to find out if they would give this some priority, to be told we do Not, deal with new emails coming in for 5 days so again waited until today the 10th September .to find out what the question s were because I had not received anything from my case handler Tracey yet again .and also rang on the phone twice this afternoon.still no reply.as yet .I'm sorry to say but I find this service not up to standard.not to the standards that many others have been Given by reading Enact reviews on here that I have read .I don't believe I have chased as much as I should really have done because of reading good reviews and believing that system that Enact has set up to be top notch and the the need to chase and keep stopping the professionals doing their job is not needed and the whole job is done with more efficiency.
I think in hindsight I was a bit naive in thinking this .so wish I had chased from the very start .and believe if I had ,my purchase and sale would have completed by now . It's now fourteen weeks since this was all started and still not got to exchange yet ,
I am very disappointed in the service.
