Not a place I would use again. Ordered tyres online and booked a fitting slot . I was told I would need to phone first to see if they had arrived. I did this only to be put on hold, poor customer service, zero communication. Put this down to staff on the front desk .

I had all four tyres replaced with Bridgestone tyres less than six months ago, mainly as they came with an accidental damage warranty.
Today I damaged a front tyre and called in,
ETB changed owners some time this year and the new owners will NO LONGER honour the tyre warranty.
the new tyre is going to cost me £130.
Be warned !

I have used ETB Cirencester many times and have always found them to be Polite, courteous and helpful. My visit a few days ago was no exception. James and the team got my car straight onto the ramp for 4 new tyres including fitting new tpms sensors. That job completed in great time I asked for a tracking check...an essential check with all the pot holes. It was indeed out and a few minutes later my car was ready wearing its new set of rubber and steering geometry adjusted. Great service, great prices great team.

Went in for a tyre change that was done super quick whilst I grabbed a bite to eat, very polite & helpful staff that also checked & sorted my tyre pressure for free. Massively recommend!

Had 2 MOT's completed this week plus some suspension work. Helpful and knowledgeable staff who completed the work very quickly and at a reasonable price. Jack is particularly polite and friendly.

I would like to say a big thank you to Vinnie and his staff at ETB Redditch. What ever is wrong with my car I always go to ETB Redditch, Vinnie is friendly, knowledgeable with a lot of experience he is always willing to help. This week while driving my car it started to make a horrible noise, I was on the motorway and worried I was going to brake down, I managed to get to the garage . Vinnie was open and honest and said he didn’t think he could look at the car that day, but would call me the next day, which he did. He explained what was wrong with it, an off side rear top mount, gave me a reasonable price and was able to do the job that day. I drove the car away with a smile on my face a couple of hours later. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend ETB Redditch.

I have just had my tyres checked and resealed with the brilliant Bristol (Fishponds) branch. I cannot recommend them highly enough - I’ve been coming here for years because these really are the kindest staff, knowledgeable, helpful …and all done within an hour. Don’t look anywhere else in Bristol: these guys are the absolute best!!!

ETB Cinderford. This branch sorted out my lad’s Aircon, Service and MoT yesterday. All done in one go. Friendly receptionists and a fantastic level of service. Well done all.

Went in with an issue as couldn't get the dust cap off drivers rear tyre and needed to due to tyre inflation warning light on dash
All resolved in no time and 2 new tyres fitted , great price along with Blue Light Discount

Had a couple of tires from Etb llandrindod, not my first visit to them, have been using them for years. The service they give has not diminished even though with the closure of Ats branch in the town and the obvious increase in footfall and vehicles the front of house staff still give the same amount of service as they always have to each and every customer. Big thank you to Josh who kept us informed throughout the day and kept a smile on his face when most people would have folded under the pressure! I Rang after “E “ at Kwik Fit Summerlands was quite abrupt and inflexible. Telling me how it took a good 2hrs - well ETB did it in one whilst I had breakfast at Pitstop !
Receptionist was so kind and they got me in straight away , polite . courteous fast honest and at end of day were either the same price or £30 cheaper than Kwik Fit would’ve been and ETB knew their stuff.
Would highly recommend this service for re gassing . Brilliant Thankyou.

First time using this company, first impression, no "good morning " it was " wait a minute I'm on the phone" then after booking the day before, he then tells me he has to check if he has my tyre..!!! What .. Great start... Then they could not do my alignment on my Audi, apparently it's to low, or my wheels are to big, first time any garage saying that, he said I have something wrong with my suspension, says the tyre fitter...it's an Audi le Man edition lowered from factory, same as the RS6 and there is nothing wrong with my suspension, I know as I am an mechanical engineer, anyway now I have to try to get my £65 back from Asda because they can't do it..!! Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, definitely will be telling all my friends not to bother going there. I'll be complaining to Asda about this company....

Came in for 2 front tyres the man on the desk is amazing hobbling around and making sure everyone was happy and served with a happy face, the service is fast and professional.

If you're lucky enough to visit when Russell, the manager, is on the desk, you'll receive competent, professional customer service. Unfortunately, I wasn't so lucky on my last visit.

I felt there was a weak attempt to make me feel small for purchasing my tyres through ASDA. After the fitting, I phoned with a simple query, but before listening to what I had to say, the manager accused me of using bad language and tried to end the call. I had not used any bad language. Despite this, he refused to apologise.

I also found the organisation to be chaotic. Fortunately, there are plenty of other tyre fitters in the area, so I won't be returning.
