Same issue mentioned in this site after AMC contract no service given by the company

I purchased a water purifier one month ago, but the installation has still not been completed. Despite waiting for a long time, there has been no proper response or update from the service team. This delay is very disappointing and inconvenient.

Never buy AMC. They don't come for even the annual sevice👎🏼👎🏼

Worst company I have ordered one water purifier two weeks ago and I haven't got the delivery and they are changing the date every day and there is no option to cancel it

Worst service. Bought the so called gold amc on 13.4.26. Paid around 4900 rupees on line. Tonight its 20.4.26. The kit is not replaced even after several mails and calls. Its horrible, pathetic, poorest, worstest, irresponsive etc., etc.,

One of the worse companies in India selling water purifier products under brand Aquaguard. I took two years AMC and then they never care for customers. I will highly recommend not to buy their products at all.

​I am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Eureka Forbes regarding my Aquaguard purchase made on April 4, 2026. This has been a textbook example of how to lose customer trust through misinformation and zero accountability.

​The Timeline of Failure:

​April 5: The product was found defective upon installation by Eureka Forbes' own technician. In my presence, the technician contacted the company and assured me a replacement would arrive within 10 days. ​April 15: After 10 days of silence, I contacted Customer Care. To my shock, I was told my complaint was only being "lodged today," effectively admitting that the previous 10 days of waiting were based on a false promise. ​April 20: Five days later, there has been no outreach. When I call, I am redirected to an "allotted person" on the Eureka Forbes app who refuses to answer the phone.

​As of today, April 20, I am stuck with a dead-on-arrival product that I paid for over two weeks ago. My query isn't just unresolved—it is being ignored.

​Formal Notice: If this issue is not resolved via an immediate refund or replacement within 24 hours, I will be escalating this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Forum for "unfair trade practices" and "deficiency in service."

Very bad after sales support
i have a Gold AMC for the water filter and after we log a complaint a person is assigned .....nobody calls/ visits us but the complaint will be closed next day and faced the same experience for 3 days continues. when call the customer care they also log a complaint but no response after that....it is really a fraud company, they only sell their products ....no service...really bad...i personally recommend not to buy these product it is a scam

Very very bad service support, I am very frustrated with there service, no body resolving my RO issue since 15-20 days, I am buying water from outside, very pathetic service, do not purchase there products if you don’t want to bother.

worst service, never buy this company product. My robo vacuum cleaner is not working since 2 months, I have raised complaint 8 times but no body is responding, they are simply closing the complaint with out resolving the issue.

We bought a Forbes Smartclean with Home Moping Pro in May 25. Initially few months it worked well but in October 25 it's motor stopped working after complaint they repaired the motor.
Since 12 February it stopped mopping and also started moving in wrong directions and also stopping anywhere.
First they wasted more than a month in checking the problem then their technician told that there is a problem in spring. We have forwarded the complaint.After recieving the spring within few days, will resolve our complaint.
But our complaint didn't resolved and is still as it was. They again collected our device. We are trying to contact the technician but they are not picking the phone.
I am surprised to see that with such a worse service how this company is surviving.
It's my suggestion to all, please don't go on advertisement, be wise and don't buy any product from Eureka. They don't have technical persons

Their amc service is the biggest fraud and scam. Please do not buy Eureka Forbes. Once you have an issue, it never gets sorted out. Be smart , don’t buy eureka Forbes

Seriously please dont buy anything from Eureka Forbs, its like a scam... Spend your money, no service at all... Pls never go for ths..

The most shittiest company i have ever seen. Pathetic customer support service

We are using Aquaguard for a long time but in recent years the service is very bad so when switching to a new house I am very doubtful to buy a new one from Aquaguard but sales rep promised it is branded and he will take care of the service.
So I bought this Model Aqua guard on 5th of October 2024 . After a year I signed up for an AMC for which I was charged high but still I went for it.
From the start of April the machine isn’t working properly I raised a complaint immediately and a representative came and told that the PCP has to be changed.
After which I am following the customer care regularly but no necessary actions has been taken yet. In this summer I am purchasing water can all day even though I am paying for the AMC. I suggest no one to purchase this brand and suggest not to take an AMC as the service is very poor. I want no one else to go under this immense stress and difficulty.

Aquagurd water filter Very poor after sales service. They even don't bother to respond to service request under AMC and mail send to customer care. Highly reluctant attitude of the service personnel.
I strongly recommend for new buyer not to go for aquagurd water filter, better go for some other brand. I am highly disappointed with their service.

Worst, they only call us too collect money but they don't give us service. And we are call again to again to customer care but only they give us too answer not service
