I’m on my fourth order from Eversfield and I’m really happy! I never thought organic produce would be accessible to me due to the price but I realised it was better to eat less high quality produce and it’s encouraged me to try to eat more vegetables. I’ve got the bundle this time so I’m really looking to having a range of options and putting more thought into how and what I cook now.

I don't know what's happened to their…
I don't know what's happened to their meat but its not the same as it was the last time I ordered from them, the Ribeyes don't look like ribeye and the quality is poor. This was never an issue before . I was told when I called that the Family had sold the business when I called ,that seemed out of the blue especially as I know their story and that was mainbreason I started using them. Will not use them again

350% price increase
I've ordered from Eversfield few times and every time quality was impecable, especially Ox Heart, which I absolutely love. It was sold as a whole with loads of fat which I do prefer and your price was very affordable too - £3.5 per kg. To my suprise this month price of this item has gone up by 350% to £12.4 a kg and is sold only as a half of heart??? It threw me off completely from buying anything from you at this moment unfortunately, as I can't justify such big price increase in a matter of 1 month for an organ meat. I can't help feeling like I've lost trust. Luckily my local suppliers sell organ meats for affordable prices, so I will be buying from them.

I wanted take advantage of the offers - but was badly let down.
I wanted take advantage of the offers they had on recently, but I had trouble getting the offers to take effect - I sent emails asking for help, but no one came back to me, I had to chase them up and by the time they came back to me they told me the offers had finished - I was very disappointed they did not honour the offers. I have just started using Eversfield as they are a small organic business and their ethos is great. I was going to start using them for my regular shopping, rather than supermarkets. Not impressed by their customer service at all. With that attitude I didn't do the order.

Poor ethics of customer service.
Their website has promotion where you can refer a friend and get some money off next time. My friend decided to try them and successfully placed the order with a discount, but I did not get anything in return for introduction as apparently account was created after placing order and not before. There was nothing on the website about that you need to register first, the code simply worked and since it was accepted by the website my friend was thinking they are doing this correctly. After contacting their customer service my friend was told that they will restore their points but I still will get nothing for referral. Thats is disgusting ethics which I am not going to support. I've given the referral to my other 2 friends too and they were about to place first orders with them, but after hearing the story they decided to place orders with competitor as their customer service is going above and beyond. The friend above also decided to delete their account with them too. 4 customers lost. Their website is also buggy, unable to add products to favourite list and the my account page looks like is unfinished with design. There is no customer ID that I can find on the account so I am just going to give you my last order number for identification (#69224) to substantiate my statement.

I ordered over £200 pounds worth of meat, the first disaster was trying the gammon steaks, tough as old boots and was inedible and went in the bin.sirloin beef roast supposedly dry aged, not a hope in hell is it dry aged, took it out of the packaging and left in a dish to get to room temperature, loads of blood in the dish.
The pork belly strips I ordered looked if they had been run over buy a truck. All in all very unhappy and you would be better off going to a local butcher or Tesco’s.
A big online con as far as I’m concerned.

Not a single order came complete and…
Not a single order came complete and undamaged in over 3 years. Fruit and veg bruised and damaged, broken cream pots and the whole box covered in cream (no attempt to eg cover it in sealed plastic bag to prevent it), fish smelly. No improvement at all despite constant complaints. Refund always given though.
Sad.

Ordered a number of items
Ordered a number of items. Well if that was a Medium Chicken I'd hate to think what a small one was like lol. A bit tough but the flavour was ok I suppose. Barnsley Chops, now they were really nice, tender and flavoursome Venison steaks, I'd say the venison was the best I've ever tasted fair play, Organic butter was a bit disappointing for the price though. Think that's a fair enough review and will be ordering certain items again

I had and order delivered to my mother's last night. All kiwis were wrinkly and gone off, tommatos are rotten, peppers soft and wrinkly, onions soft, bannan as are black, potatoes are soft nothing looks fresh what a waste of money.

Thoroughly disappointing
Disappointing. First order arrived with items missing, vegetables beyond their best. I was eventually refunded but only after a lot of time spent emailing multiple times.
Second order - I didn't risk ordering veg again due to the hassle last time and chicken legs had what looked like a black coarse dog hair inside the packagaing 😷 and the whole chicken (£24) was off the following day despite having 2 days on the use by date. Will not be ordering again unfortunately which is a shame as I was happy with the meat with the first order.

Poor qaulity of veg and salad
Poor qaulity of veg and salad, so after 1st order I decided to try the meat, pork etc, which is very good. Paused my vegetable deliveries as poor quality and not worth the price.
I then paused after last delivery, which was just meat. Then an unauthorized order was taken from my account.
I clarify, I did not have ANY veg down on my order and yet they took money and delivered an order I had weeks ago??? I tried calling, only to receive a message saying they are having "technical issues" erm yeah, I know an order came I never ordered!!
I e-mailed over the weekend, only to have the strangest of replies, no mention of the fact I did not order the veg, but that they would remove from my page??? what? It wasn't on my order page, only the meat and fish??
On top of this, I have tried to get in to my account, but cannot get in?! cannot see my orders, cannot see my subscription.
I don't like that they clearly have a glitch in there system and that they are passing me over, trying to make out it is me and not addressing that there system is compromised. I've asked for a refund.
Quality of veg and salad poor, cucumber was rotten one end, tomatoes not ripe, parsnips, kale, brussels sprouts, all old and on top of that, there system does not work and take money they should not have

Returned after being extremely…
Returned after being extremely disappointed last year and really wish I hadn’t. Recently moved and I struggle to find organic produce here so decided to try Eversfield again. Not only were items missing but order was wrong. Additionally cabbage was not fresh and pears were smashed to bits. I get it’s the hungry gap but the quality is just not a good standard at all. Extremely expensive and not worth it at all. Won’t be back.

Great animal welfare standards reflect in excellent meat flavour.
Order arrived today, on time and well packaged with sheep's wool that we use on the garden for weed control. The other packaging can all be recycled.
The meat is beyond delicious. Eversfield chicken has a flavour that you just can't get with supermarket organic chicken no matter how you cook it. It is succulent, meaty and has a rich flavour. I love how they are reared with access to woodlands too.
I have bought some mutton chunks and look forward to a tasty stew.
