I love this duel cooker and so much value for money too the colour the easy set up five stars from me we love it it has transformed our kitchen thank you even delivery was so simple the guys were great lifted it in to my house no moans well done lads

Fantastic product, the delivery was efficient and on time

Ascetically pleasing and fast delivery. However when using the oven (With door closed - not the grill and defender) the control panel between the oven and the hob and the knobs within this panel get extremely hot. So much so that it is not possible to touch the knobs without using an oven glove. I have stopped using the oven to prevent any damage to the plastic elements on the control panel (Clock/fan) and for safety purposes and brought this issue to Ferre Sales team attention back in May 2025. The Sales team are not very timely in response so having to chase multiple times before receiving anything back. The only response we are receiving on each occasion is that the Engineers confirm this is normal and that it is safe to use when it is clearly not, especially if children might be present. Last communication Aug 2025 so 3 months of receiving the same response with no solution. I have gone to great lengths to contact the company to give them the chance to rectify the problem before resorting to writing a negative review but feel it important to warn others of this issues in case it is the same for each oven as opposed to a fault just on ours. Will update review if Ferre resolve the issue.

Brilliant cooker so smart and modern

Great service from a company I am ashamed to say I've never heard of.
My hob was delivered perfectly on time and packaging superb.
It was fitted the day after and I am very pleased with it,,, good solid item and the gas fitter told me it was great to work with.

First I bought a cooker hood. I needed a 50cm hood so the choice was small. It's very nice but it's also very loud when the fan is on, even at the lowest setting. Also it came without carbon filters which cost me another £18. The filters turned up on time as did the hood and apart from the previously mentioned items I'm pretty happy with it.

Charged delivery on both items and one was free delivery .Then send hood with filters put in hood box .Lovely wee scam

this hob is so amazing - it is solid and attractive a real bargain

I ordered 5 burner gas hob. The product heading said it was 75 cm wide but the actual dimension was 74 cm. This meant that there is a visible gap on my granite counter top. They may have updated their website after my complaint but no apologies for the misleading information on their website. Will not trust the dimensions they say their products are.
