Nice product, excellent value
Very nice product considering it was the cheapest I could find but also fits my application perfectly. It is to fit into the victorian kitchen chimney and vent out of the back wall so it's compact size is perfect. The panel is actually very nicely finished in matt black. Quick delivery too.

No Delivery
Woeful delivery. 3 weeks on and still don’t actually have my order. As a company I’d really look to move away from the incompetent ParcelForce as they are really letting you down. Would put me off ordering anything else from you. Have email both parcel force and Ferre and heard nothing back from either. Rather a poor show.

Fantastic cooker.
Fantastic cooker, lots of space inside. So many different functions, including, self cleaning and air fryer function. Once I’d understood how it all works using my phone to program the cooker, is the best thing ever. I really recommend this fabulous cooker.
Looks very smart with my glass hob.

Bought a cooker from this company while I was getting work done in house one of the cooker Knobs got broken ordered one on website my error ordering didn't realise it came in two pieces the company was very quick to rectify my error and supply me with the correct parts excellent customer service

A real step-up from an oven without a fan. Do treat yourself to a fan-oven. It doesn't cost a lot more. 30L is big enough for a single chap, and it's easy to accommodate on a countertop.

Issue with the cooker (dual fuel gold range ferre) Aftersales service absolutely pointless as they wouldn’t attend to sort the issue, wouldn’t recommend these and certainly won’t be purchasing again.
