Bought the mini oven from them
Bought the mini oven from them, the order have cancelled from them by via email without any reason, but they still charge money in my bank , contact them, phone not answering, email and WhatsApp not replying,... Worst companies... avoid to buy anything from them , lucky i call the bank to dispute the payment, only get my money back...

Great Cooker for the Price
Took a few attempts to sort the delivery out, info from carrier was very confusing with their system offering to deliver between 00:00 and 02:15 on a Friday 😳 but after a few calls we managed to agree a mutual time and it was delivered well within the window time frame given. The cooker is perfect for what we wanted with the electric oven and gas hob, love it

Ferre cream cooker
Needed a new cooker and reviewed a lot on various sites. In the end got a bit confused and ended up ordering the wrong one, needed all gas not dual. Sent a couple of messages,but it was over the weekend. Come Monday I found a phone number and called instead. Had everything sorted out in a couple of minutes. Gentleman was very helpful
