The best hob ever!!!

A truly elegant looking hob, it’s so easy to clean with removable heavy solid pan supports and the price was unbelievable, I would definitely recommend this Ferre hob.

Avoid at all costs! Very bad customer service, very similar to the previous bad reviews. Bought a 6 burner cooker and one of the burners doesn’t even work. Have called, emailed and whatsapp messaged to try and get this resolved but the issue still hasn’t been fixed nor have I heard back.

If there was an option for 0 stars it would be 0. As soon as you’ve purchased an item the company no longer care and are not helpful at all, as they’ve already got your money.

Bought a mini oven Feb 25, 8 months in, elements begin to bend badly, contacted customer service, they then said since the oven is still working, they will not take the oven back, but would send replacement elements, and that I would need to find a local tradesman to perform the repair, I then replied that I would accept and have not heard from them since.
For those interested, the elements is actually bend so badly that it's touching roof of the oven, if that's not faulty, I don't know what will trigger a return.
Buy at your own risk, aftersales is non existent, don't expect a reply, I consider myself lucky not to have bought a high value item.

AVOID at all costs! Purchased a gas cooker, within weeks the door has fallen off and one of the gas rings isn't working. Whilst they've replied saying they'll refund us they're not taking into consideration the extra cost of fitting it (the new one) and now paying for it to be disconnected and a new one connected. The mailbox for the mobile number 07704 492800 is full! No answer to emails (from September 2025). Purchase from this company at your peril.

The worst company I have ever had the misfortune to purchase from. The cooker supplied was faulty and their customer service proved to be equally useless with apparently no comprehension of their responsibilities or willingness to help, just ridiculous shilly-shallying.
Fortunately I used Paypal who have given a refund; may your god help you if you have a problem and paid them otherwise.

I needed a 50cm duel fuel cooker and I found what I wanted on line in Currys. Just to double check a few things I phoned the Ferre Company at the Halesowen office where the lady was very helpful and offered me a much better price than Currys and free delivery. The cooker arrived as promised and on time in February 2025 and with the exception of the front main burner not igniting properly everything else was fine until late Sept. The fan oven started making a horrendous noise which got louder as the cooker got hotter and was continuous for the whole length of cooking time. I eventually contacted the company through Whatsapp but they took ages to reply. I made a video with sound and asked advice. I was eventually told that they'd checked with their engineer and the noise was normal!!! I disputed this and asked for an engineer to come and look at it. Weeks went by so I offered to get a local engineer which they refused. Finally an engineering company contacted me and the engineer came out on Monday 15th December!!! He confirmed that the noise was not normal and that the fan element had gone. He immediately placed an order for a replacement with his company, who forwarded same to Ferre as it had to be supplied by the manufacturer. It is now 18.45 on Tuesday 23rd December and despite numerous text & voice messages, phone calls and emails I have heard absolutely nothing. I AM FURIOUS!!! I was planning on baking cakes & cookies etc as well as Christmas dinner for 8 family members but now I can't even cook a pizza!!!

Our oven fan failed. We are waiting for Ferre to pay the engineer in advance for our warranty repair to take place.
No response to date to repeated messages to ferre from myself and the repair agent....I will post again to let you know what happens and wether they honour thier warranty

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We got sent a faulty oven, this was delivered and installed on 12th September. We had used the oven twice and it stopped working. We reported this to the company on 3rd October which took them 5 weeks to send someone out to look at the issue. We were advised from the repair contractor that it was a manufacturing issue and it was best to just return the oven or get a repair. We asked for a repair and reported this back to Ferre. We as the customer, was told to sort the repair ourselves (for their faulty product) and we would be reimbursed the cost. Someone came to repair it however we was told it was not repairable as it was ‘cheaply made’ and unable to be fixed. We relayed this back to the company and asked for the refund for the repair. They initially refused a refund as they did not fix the oven however we were charged a call out fee still.
They finally arranged for it to be picked up. But cancelled twice after I had arranged days off work for the oven to be collected. The oven was finally collected on 4th December. To date - 11/12/25 we are still waiting for a refund and reimbursement for the repair.

The contact and customer service is appalling. Whoever the guy is that runs the WhatsApp is rude and not willing to help at all. It has taken so long because they cannot be bothered to respond. We have been left without a working oven since sept 12th.

contacted the company for a return on the day I received the item on the 24th of November, the package is still unopened. they told me that it was up to me to send it back. I pointed out that their return policy offers a pick up service which was chargeable to me, which was fine. I was told that they would "sent a return label" they then stopped replying to my emails. contacted them on WhatsApp but they have also stopped replying. would definitely not recommend.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I ordered an item, it was dispatched, and I received a delivery notification along with a photo. The photo clearly shows a property that is not mine.

I contacted the courier, who confirmed they delivered the parcel to the address printed on the label supplied by the company. They also told me they can’t disclose the address due to GDPR. I then went back to the supplier, who insisted the address was correct. The result has been nothing but a loop of “speak to them, not us,” while I sit here with no item.

My request was simple: for the supplier to speak with their courier and resolve the issue on my behalf. Instead, I’ve been left without the product I paid for, and with no sign of a replacement or any meaningful support.

We purchased Ferre mini cooker, but due to and inaccurate specification on their website (product was designed to achieve different temperature ranges than advertised on website) we decided to return it. We followed procedure described by Ferre but refund has never been issued. We notified them on three different occasions - with no effect at all. Very disappointing - avoid this company!

Do NOT and I repeat do NOT buy from this company. We have a new cooker which we brought from them which arrived broken! So hard to get in touch with them and 10 weeks later still no cooker, still no refund and still having to beg for the invoice of the engineer they sent to be paid! So in total they have taken more money off us!! They are ridiculous and even the engineer that came to us said that their parts are made so cheaply he was shocked and said we need to replace this as soon as possible! AVOID AVOID AVOID. We have to contact trading standards!

I purchased an oven of the website, was told i had a 12 month guarantee warranty. Today my oven glass top has shattered from cooking. They have told me that’s the warranty doesn’t cover this. First they was giving me quick responses but the minute they told me they couldn’t do anything after asking for photos, they stopped emailing me back! Don’t recommend them at all!!

I was so pleased when my new cooker arrived it sits nicely in my kitchen

Bought in January but wasnt installed til August due to a new kitchen fitted by the council its literally got no enamal left on floor of the oven causing chemical smell when on and when taking photos inside it hi lights the whole oven is rusting and enamal cracking all over like ita not heat proof

Initially a prompt service and delivery on time as scheduled. However soon as a minor problem is highlighted and you get in contact with them they don’t want to know, typical got your money now don’t want to help! I was offered only £5 in compensation after contacting them with a minor issue, £5 just takes the P*** I said I would be happy with the shipping cost refunded to me and il leave it at that now I’m ignored because they don’t want to assist any further. Would NOT use again. Avoid if possible!! No decent customer service at all!
