Another yearly trip to Portsmouth and no better and easier way to book than on here. We go over to the Spinaker every summer for our wedding anniversary and its so near when you go over on the fastcat. Wouldn't travel any other way. Good luck for the 2022 season.

Cabin was clean and comfortable and all staff were very polite. Only given a 4* as when I went to get a coffee in the early hours, all areas were closed and the only vending machine was out of order.

Sudden urgent need to arrange trip back to UK with own vehicle. Brittany Ferries a favourite over many years but this time routing and availability information and data plus no accommodation was very difficult to sort.
Not by intent logged in on AFerry and found info needed easy At this stage very pleased but as the saying goes The proof is in the eating lets hope actual journey is as smooth then the title will stick

Booked realised I made a error, went to cancel told I could cancel but no refund given, but I could request a change, so requested a change as I thought I could just amend it to the date I needed heard nothing and ended up booking another ferry with a more reputable supplier

Do not book with this company. Our ferry time got changed and we could not make that ferry and they have no phone numbers, don’t answer emails and keep your money. Disgraceful company, don’t book with them!!!!

We have found it almost impossible to book directly through P and O , they don’t have phone lines open and it’s impossible to speak with anyone . We needed to get back home from trip to Sweden and simply couldn’t sort it . Our son in law went straight to you and everything was completed within a couple of minutes.
